I had the best experience today with Melissa! I booked with her for a microdermabrasion facial and it was wonderful. She was super knowledgeable & did a fantastic job, I will be going back to her for sure.

Such a nice place, offering a variety of beauty treatments and healing massages. Very relaxing and therapeutic. I needed a massage after pulling a muscle moving things and they were able to get me right in. I felt so much better afterwards!

Had a deep tissue massage by Vivian and she was so professional and sweet! This was my second professional massage so I was a little nervous. Vivian explained the steps to me before hand and had excellent bedside manner during. I will definitely be recommending her to others and will hopefully be seeing her again in the future!

Today was my first visit to Plumyumi! I had the microdermabrasion facial with Natalia! She was wonderful and very knowledgeable on skin, skincare etc. She was very gentle but still very thorough! I will definitely be back! I have hyperpigmentation and I instantly saw results! Highly recommend

Michael the Magic Man- beyond massage!
Was scheduled for a massage but Michael listened to my issues and wound up doing what is known as active or manual therapy instead. I have had it in the past in physical therapy and it was the only thing that has ever truly worked for me. Highly effective! Michael teaches anatomy and really knows how to address and correct problem areas. He was also able to tell me what to change with my workouts to help in the future. Cannot recommend him enough!

Misleading facial packages. Including information over the phone was deceptive. Packages are 95% body massage packages and the remaining 5% facials. I booked a Microdermabrasion package based on website description. I also called to double check. I got there and was highly disappointed as I was lied to. The derma facial procedure was literally no longer then 7 min. When I questioned this i was told it cannot be longer since theyre not a drs office ( different then what their website ir what i was told when i called them) Although tech was nice, the establishment itself was not only deceptive but it looked like a retail store rather then a spa. I overpaid for a massage and not the facial i booked for!!! Won't come here again.

My first visit to Plumyumi and I loved it! The entire space is very relaxing. The rooms are spacious and chill. The front desk staff were all super sweet. I’m pretty sure Keisha needs her hands insured for $1M because she’s the best! I can’t wait to come back.
