Words can’t express how breathtaking this spa is! From start to finish Platinum Spa exceeded all of my expectations. I booked a massage wellness package and personal chef meals for my best friend and out. We cannot wait to return back. All of the staff was so attentive to our needs we didn’t have to want for anything! Thank you for the attention to detail the wonderful atmosphere the exceptional staff wonderful chef great ambiance! We will be returning customers and will recommend you ll to everyone we know! Definitely give them a chance! You will not regret it thank you all so much again!!

Had a super relaxing day at this Beautiful Black Owned Spa! I booked a massage with amenities for my Eat, Pray (Self) Love Birthday weekend! Persia was my massage therapist and when she says 60 minute deep tissue massage she means DEEP tissue massage!! Next I did the Oxygen Bar w/peppermint. My first time doing so and it was very relaxing. Definitely bringing a book to read or audiobook to listen to next time. Enjoyed complimentary wine and snacks. I spent about a half hour outside on the swing, again just a super chill relaxing atmosphere. And ended my evening with an 25 minute sauna steam room. I wish I would’ve come earlier in the day to soak up every inch of the place, but my goal of relax, relate, release was accomplished. All of the staff were really sweet and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back with friends!

Beautiful black owned spa. Excellent customer service & beautiful space. Very calm and serene. They took Megan and me last minute for my birthday. Megan and I got the deep tissue massage. Getting the couples massage is cheaper than individual massages. There’s an extra fee to use the additional amenities such as the oxygen bar, the eucalyptus steam room, and the jacuzzi. The spa is very relaxing and quiet. They gave me an additional discount because I came on the day of my birthday. They also give an additional discount if you do a Google review. Overall, the spa is little on the expensive side especially having to pay additional for the amenities, which I think should be included if you pay for a service. The price versus the drive there wasn’t equivalent in my opinion. The spa is very natural and the garden is beautiful! You have different options on where you want to get your massage and there are also several places to take nice photos. No outside food allowed please eat before you arrive. They do offer a plethora of snacks and drink options along with wine.

I wanted the true spa experience where I walk around in a robe and slippers and just “experience” the establishment & its services. I got that today at Platinum. Ronnie gave me the most relaxing loosening massage I’ve had in a looooong time. The oxygen bar was refreshing. The Vichy shower was an experience. I loved the steam sauna and the serving of wine at the end was just the right amount and what I needed to maintain that relaxed feeling on the drive home. I walked outside to view the amenities there but it was too cold to enjoy them today. I will certainly be back!

My experience here was phenomenal from start to finish. Everyone was so accommodating and the space was so welcoming and zen? I really needed this reset. I had my lashes done, a great facial, the oxygen bar (with complimentary wine and snacks yum) the jacuzzi, a peaceful walk in the gorgeous outdoor retreat space and a refreshing shower to finish the day off. I didn’t want to leave! Lol this is the perfect getaway for someone who needs to unplug and replenish.

Today, I had a great experience at Platinum Beauty Bar and Spa. The facility was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly. This was a wonderful birthday gift. My services included a deep tissue massage with hot stones, oxygen bar and foot reflexology. I enjoyed all of my services. Will be back!

First time visitor to Platinum Beauty Bar & Spa as a birthday treat to myself. This place is truly a hidden gem in the Atlanta metro area. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. I enjoyed my Swedish Massage provided by Chris. He was very attentive and even did some stretches with me to help with lower back pain. I was throughly impressed by my brunch meal provided by Chef KC. His Shrimp and Mango Ceviche made me feel like I was vacationing in the Caribbean! Last but most important, The CEO/Owner Rebecca Davis walked around constantly checking on customers and was attentive to our needs. Her level of service and attention details makes her Customer Service Top Notch!
