We had our wedding at Pinecrest in September and it was perfect! From the venue, to the food, to our AMAZING day of coordinator, Jessica, the day was all we could have hoped for and more. We always felt like our event was the most important to them, even though we know they had many other weddings happening around ours. We loved that it was all inclusive and very accessible for even our low-mobility guests. The simple elegance of the venue really made our bridal party and guests shine. Thank you Pinecrest for making our day so special!

We had our wedding at Pinecrest back in March and it was everything we had hoped for and more! We looked at multiple venues, and after touring Pinecrest, we knew it was the perfect place to get married. We wanted a "mountain wedding" without the distance, so the proximity to Denver was perfect.

From the tour, to answering all of our questions, to signing the contract, and leading up to the wedding, communication was always a breeze. Dan and Faith helped answer all our logistical questions and would reach out to make sure things were moving along smoothly. Pinecrest provides all-inclusive packages that you can customize to your needs. We loved that we were able to bring in outside vendors, and Pinecrest did a great job of communicating with our extra vendors to make sure our wedding day ran accordingly. They also give flexibility in changing package details up until a month out, which eased any stress we had in the planning process.

As for the space and what came with the venue, we loved that Pinecrest has two spaces - a chapel and a reception hall. This allowed us to have a seamless transition between the ceremony and the reception. They provided golf cart rides for guests who needed help moving between both spaces as well which was a great touch. The getting ready spaces worked perfectly for our needs. We had ample space and were able to take getting ready photos that matched the theme of our wedding. Another huge plus is that Pinecrest has in-house decor, so if you're going for a mountain/rustic-themed wedding, they got a great selection of options. We spent much less on decor than expected and saved time too!

Sean was our Day of Coordinator and was a pleasure to work with! She started to work with us two months before our wedding day and helped us check off all the little details. We had a decently-sized guest list (167), and Sean helped us figure out reception layout, in-house decor, our bar menu, and more leading up to the wedding. The day of, she was a huge help in ensuring the day ran smoothly, and even when we were running a tad bit behind, it didn't affect a thing. At the end of the night, we left assured that everything would be wrapped up and taken care of.

I share all of this to say, everything was PERFECT! The venue, the staff, all of it. We truly had the wedding of our dreams and couldn't imagine doing it elsewhere!

Absolutely fantastic! My experience at Pinecrest in the beautiful location of Palmer Lake was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The team at Pinecrest was exceptionally well-organized and incredibly friendly.

The venue itself was breathtaking, with a stunning bridal suite and the chapel for our ceremony was an absolute dream. Every detail was meticulously crafted, and all of the vendors involved were not only kind but truly amazing at what they do.

Their all-inclusive package was not only worth every penny but also very reasonably priced. Opting for this package was one of the best decisions we made. The highlight of our culinary experience was Bird Dog BBQ, included in the package. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious food!

Moreover, the decor added a wonderful touch to the ambiance, enhancing the beauty of the venue even more. Our wedding day was perfect, and I truly believe it's because of the venue's planning and attention to detail.

A special shoutout to Danny, Faith, Russell, and Sara, our Day of Coordinator, who was nothing short of AMAZING! Sara ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our special day.

I can't recommend Pinecrest enough to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our day truly the best day of our lives.

We just had our daughter's wedding here and it was wonderful. The day of coordinator Jessica was awesome! She was so helpful and I found out later managed some difficult family members without adding more stress flawlessly. If you are looking for a wedding venue, use Pinecrest. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the staff made the whole process so much easier.

Pinecrest was AMAZING - we were so thankful we chose this venue. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Our coordinator Jessica was fabulous - she made our day so stress free, handled everything for us, and made our wedding the day of our dreams. I wish we could work with her again! We loved how much they took off of our plate when it came to planning and for SUCH an affordable cost. The communication was so timely and they were extremely organized. We had multiple guests comment on how beautiful the venue was and that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. HIGHLY recommend this venue!!

We got married here in 2021. I don't know if Faith is still around but she is a rock star! I am not only a client here but I also shoot weddings as as Motus weddings. So yes I have seen lots of venues and lots of coordinators and planners. Our experience as a client and a vendor at Pinecrest has been amazing!

They are super accommodating. They care about their venue and client experience. It was super easy to line up vendors as they took care of most of the heavy lifting and recommended stellar vendors/ in house. I love the location! There is an indoor and outdoor ceremony location. The reception location is massive with plenty of room for dancing!

Why am I leaving this review 3 years later? Because I can't stop thinking of how great a wedding day was with Pinecrest.

Got married at this venue just recently. We had an amazing time and it was very beautiful. There was heavy snow the day before and the day of and the roads and walkways were kept on top of to make sure it was safe for ourselves and our guests. Both the chapel and the reception hall are gorgeous and well maintained. Everything was decorated beautifully and to our standards! Roads were less than ideal and every one of our needed parties still made it for us. Thank you Pinecrest!
