Never a wait, very friendly staff upfront at the check in desk. Nurses are fantastic never judgemental! Dr. Jessica is so amazing with her care and attention to detail. Never has she lectured me or made me feel uncomfortable. Quite the opposite she makes me feel special and takes all the time to explain what a procedure is and what the intended outcome is. Very polite and friendly. Wish she was my primary care instead of my dermatologist!!

Dr. Pillow, her nursing staff and her support staff are everything you are looking for in a skin care provider. I received the exact skin care outcome I was hoping to be provided with in an office of top quality professionals. Dr. Pillow took time to answer all my questions and filled in blanks I had not thought about.

Wait time is ridiculous, the heavy set black nurse was rude kept slamming the door when leaving the room. I was upset I left. I'm never going back to this place!!!!

Dr. Pillows spends as least time as possible with you, rushes the entire appointment and does not properly examine your skin. The office staff are also impossible to deal with. Ask them anything outside of making an appointment and it will be a major headache requiring multiple calls and resistance to your every question. Told me several times they contacted my insurance when my insurance company confirmed they never once did. Not once. When inquiring about this, the office staff and nurses became very rude basically telling me it was not their problem as well as the doctor.

Went for my appt 9/17 very excited first time getting my skin checked out. When they called me back to the room the nurse did a assessment of what I use on skin and not anything else. Dr pillow came in set in her chair never once touched my skin but stayed at a distance . Asked only a few questions and immediately just gave out prescriptions she called in . Never gave me tips as far as wear sun screen or drink more water anything .She literally was only in the room for about 3minutes. Overall I paid a 60 dollar copay for a doctor that didn't throughly examine my skin but rushed. Very disappointed I expected so much more!! Only reason she is getting one star is because they dont allow u to give no stars?

I had an appointment with Dr. Pillow on March 1st, 2017. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable and suggested several options of treatment. Her prices were much less than I expected. I'd highly recommend!!!

All she did was just charge me. Did not give me the medication I needed to help me just looked at one spot and that was it and charged me $60.00 dollars
