I came to this salon on Sunday and had a really frustrating experience. The woman who did my nails did a poor job, and even though I asked her multiple times to fix them, she didn’t understand me and had to keep calling another employee over to translate. My nails still came out looking sloppy.

On top of that, I asked for a simple clean-up on my eyebrows, but she completely reshaped them however she wanted. When I pointed out the issues, she told me the eyebrow and toe services would be free due to the mistakes. At checkout, I was charged $60, which matched my signed receipt.

But when I checked my bank account later, I saw they charged me an extra $50 without my permission. That’s completely dishonest and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

My inspiration picture for nails has been added as well as my original eyebrow shape in comparison to what she did.

Good afternoon. I will never be back here for a pedicure! I specifically told the woman I wanted a BASIC pedicure NOT the basic with callus removal because I don't have calluses! After it was said and don't I was charged for the basic pedicure with callus removal ( the grate tool, didn't know that was used for calluses) and I went there a week ago for the pedicure, why is my paint chipping this bad?! I don't kick rocks and I'm not doing anything with my feet but walking. This is some cheap polish that's chipping. I would've called to go have them fix this but I know they won't fix this awful job at their expense. And no this is not gel color but it still should not be chipping especially not to this magnitude! Do better! This service is a form of self care and people like myself don't mind paying for a great job! This was not that!

Wish I could give this place a negative star. Worst place I've ever been. Over priced and they don't do a good job. The lady who did my nails, rushed it, no cuticle oil, no prep.. words can't explain how dissatisfied I am about this visit.

This is a CHOP shop. They no nothing about caring for natural nails. When I first got extentions they tried to tell me that they where using gel when it's obvious they were using acrylic. Fast forward to my time to get them removed, they popped 3 of my nails with a nail tip damaging My nails. I tried to give them a chance to do it right by filing or soaking off and she refused so I walked out. I decided to soak of the rest of my nails off myself only to find out they use MMA monomer instead of EMA...MMA is very toxic because it causes allergic reactions, permanent loss of the nail plate and in some cases, permanent loss of sensation in the fingertips. There reason I know it was MMA is because when you soak it it becomes very gummy instead of flaky. I have training in nail care. That's what I get for being lazy instead of doing it myself THE SAFE WAY. Do NOT go to this salon if you care about the health of your nail.

Horrible!!! After two days my nails started lifting and the gel polish started peeling off. I went back to get it fixed and they only fixed one nail that was peeling and ended up painting it a completely different color than the rest of my nails and wanted me to pay to get the rest fixed. She tried fixing the one lifting but ended up getting glue all over my hand. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed costing me another 25 dollars. The pink nails was done by the other place called nail arts.

I walked in about 5 weeks ago. I checked out their prices. $25+ for acrylic.. full set.. Okay! I got a pain, acrylic, full set. Nothing special. Gel polish, no fancy design. $45 is what I was charged. I was taken aback... did I read the sign wrong? I was trying to slender a lot. For what I was charged I could have had a mani and pedi at competing salons. I just took off my manicure. I do have pics. Plain set...$45!

Sincerely, I wish I had never met them! I'm not typically one to get my nails done, but I decided to give it a try. Nicole did my nails first, then Liz on another occasion, and a third time with a lady whose name I can't recall. However, today, May 24th, was a disaster. I returned to have my nails done, but they prioritized other customers who arrived after me. After waiting for an hour, I was finally called. The lady I spoke with about my desired nail design went to attend to someone else and sent another person over. This new lady started my nail but left to work on someone else's. Nicole then came, checked on my nail, and went to wax another customer, leaving me sitting in the chair feeling like I was begging for service. I walked out and will never go back. I felt terrible. Despite the language barrier, they should know how to treat paying customers with respect and effective communication. They failed to keep me informed about what was happening, and it was a frustrating experience. I didn't see why I had to sit and wait if it was my turn. Do better some of us have things to do. Efficiently attend to every person who enters your business. Now I will have to sort out another place. Time wasting people. We are much better than that.
