I recently had a rather disappointing experience with the Ferren that I feel compelled to share. After leaving a review, I was taken aback by the owner’s lengthy and passive-aggressive response, which seemed more focused on my star rating than on understanding my experience. Instead of reaching out to clarify or discuss my feedback, the owner opted to criticize my time management skills, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

To clarify, my review was actually intended for another business I visited during my trip—a simple honest mistake. It was surprising to see that instead of assuming positive intent or seeking to understand the situation, the owner reacted defensively. It’s a reminder that sometimes, when people are overly eager for validation, they might choose a less mature approach over understanding.

I believe that constructive feedback should foster growth, and it’s unfortunate that my experience turned into something quite the opposite. I hope that the owner can take this as a learning opportunity to engage with customers in a more positive and constructive manner in the future.

In fairness, my lashes do look great so I am updating my review to reflect my experience with service and interpersonal skills and not quality of work as the quality of work is solid.

A very clean facility with such beautiful decor, everyone is so helpful and kind. I have been getting my lashes done for over 2 years by Kristina and I can confidently say that she is one of the best in the business. She listens to my concerns/questions and always creates the exact look I desire with such amazing retention too. I have been lucky enough to have Zoie do my lashes as well and she is just as passionate & talented with her work. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to in the Panhandle, there isn't a better place around than this!
