Terrible customer service!!! I cannot even give them a one star but you have to in order to post. After I had my pool installed they were supposed to build a deck for me, was told they would be back after 4th of July and I never heard a word from them again. Then I stopped by their carterville store the third week of August and put my name on a list for a pool closing right after Labor Day, never heard a word from them so called on September 17 and was told an employee had written down the wrong number for me so I was told someone would call me the next day to set up a new day and time and guess what never heard a word from them. Im done!!!!!

Great pool place! Purchased a pool and had it installed about a year ago. The installation crew was fantastic. They worked fast and knew what they were doing. Pool looks beautiful. They are quick to answer any questions I have. Very happy with my purchase and with their service.

Hands down the best people you could ask for from start to finish! Not only did they help in any way they were able but they went above and beyond. My 4 year old was so excited to get a pool they included him on everything including install. Thank you all so very much!!! You deserve more then 5 stars!!!

At this time I am going to give these guys a 1.
We have tried all week to reach them and come up with a plan to fix a deck jet that is leaking. They have not returned any calls or text. I have also left messages at the office.
Carl, call me back!
If we get the issue resolved I will revise my review. If you refuse to return any of our call I will have no choice but to take legal action.

At this time I can not reccomend anyone to do business with this company.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a spa in April. After numerous calls over a month after it was supposed to be delivered, I'm told it is delayed due to the pandemic and it would be delivered in September. Its September 30th, Still no spa or phone call. I have called 5-7 times over the last 3 days and they either say Lindsey is not available and will have to call me back or the latest... I just get voicemail, during business hours, for the past 2 days. Supposedly, Lindsey is the only one that knows anything about the spas and she won't return my calls! I'm so done with this place! Do yourself a favor, buy from someone else!!!

Last week owner Sandy told me I needed a spider gasket for my filter...cost about $6 plus $75 service fee.... guy showed with a different part and instead of $80 was $140...when I went there to discuss, the part she said cost them $30 ...they charged me $60...then she told me you can't. But just the gasket...which I found on the internet to not. Be true along with a utube video of how to change...I found exact same part for $21.92, which she then said "you bought it here, not there"...and that's how a 10 year customer is treated...they know their water but I was basically told by her she didn't want my business any longer...NO PROBLEM..I GOT SCREWED

We have bought 2 Spas from here and have had wonderful service. They are always polite and professional. They also help us with our pool needs. Dependable, and easy to deal with. We won't go anywhere else.
