I've been coming since January of 2024.. I've liked the first round of people... but, Ali and Sierra are the best ones for me. Great personalities as they joke with me and just a great experience altogether.. would recommend to anyone

I have been donating plasma at Parachute in Charleston since August and every time I walk in I feel like family. They know me by name and always give the best care!
Sierra has the least painful pokes and Billy is always so funny and personable!!

Great table side manners... staff are very kind... Great music choices as well.. would definitely recommend to anyone! Although I have to say that Ali and Sierra are my personal favorite!!! Love talking and laughing with them as they do very well at what they do!... everyone does a great job! Great personalities! Good music and a very laid back atmosphere!!!.. I have been coming since they have opened... couldn't ask for better people!

Everyone and everything was awesome! Started off with Ryan checking me in and she was great. Ally putting me in the system and she was very friendly as always. Sierra taking my plasma and she is always jolly and love seeing her , didn’t even feel her sticking me. Ellen was here and always watching to make sure no one’s having problems and then there Sasha who makes sure the whole place is running great and she always is friendly a makes it a point to know everyone’s name. Coming up on my year anniversary here and no complaints

This group of people, Sierra, Ali, Billy, Ryan, Edna, Bridget, Skylar, are amazing. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. Always a great vibe there. Smiling and laughing. I've beengoing a year, never had a bad experience! I look forward to my hour of "me" time while donating.
