Aaron is an absolute gem of a human being. My dog Messi hates the groomers and we were heartbroken when we found out our go-to groomer had closed its doors. Messi came out smelling fruity and his fur soft as can be, with his tail wagging. He was not traumatized AND the pricing is very reasonable. My 25 lb terrier was a $70 grooming session. This will be our new spot!

I took my baby here and she came back almost bald. I am heart broken, I asked for a teddy bear cut, (not too short) and have never seen her like this, she has bald spots under her neck. And is so short it’s terrifying. I’ve never had a grooming experience like this. The groomer said she messed up and had to cut more because my dog was moving around too much, but she seems to still come out with most of her hair at other places. She does great with some groomers not so well with others and even the ones she didn’t do good with never made her this short or bald in spots. I’m so disappointed. I don’t even want to take my dog in public. Poor baby.

I was treated like I was dog poop today by this establishment. Told over the phone my dogs Rabies tag would be ok for vaccine verification. When I showed for appointment, told that wouldn't work. This woman who didn't help, had absolutely no problem solving abilities. She could have said, call your vet for a text, go get the certificate and we will still see your dog. She was rude, angry when she sat down. No wonder new businesses close down so quickly in Palmer Lake.

Erin is an amazing groomer! We’ve been seeing her for about a year now and we adore her. She’s so kind and so loving to our goldendoodle, Sophie. Sophie always feels comfortable with her. Erin does a precise job grooming goldendoodles and Sophie always smells wonderful and has a great cut for a wonderful price!

We could not be more thrilled with Pampered Paws!! We have an almost 2 year old Pyr that was extremely scraggly! No amount of brushing helped! They did a beautiful job and their price was very reasonable!! We will definitely recommend and be back!!

Love all the girls up at PP! They know our female schnauzer likes to hide under the desk because she’s shy and that our male schnoodle is a social butterfly and they care for them perfectly! Kodiak loves to snooze after his day of pampering.
