I wanted to leave 5 stars the day we left, but I waited to see how my nails would be in a week. My mother and I each got the same chrome with gel polish. After only 1 day, the chrome started to fade on both of our nails. I was hoping only the chrome would fade, not the gel polish. After only 1 week, the polish is coming off completely. Loved the salon - but do not recommend getting chrome gel nails. We spent almost $200 on 3 people including tips. We are extremely disappointed because we’ve never had this problem with gel or chrome nails. The first 2 pictures are from the very next day, and the rest are from only 1 week later.

I just got my nails done a few hours ago and I love them so much! I read many great reviews on Kristy so I thought i would try her out. When I made my appointment I requested Kristy as my technician and she was ready for me within 3 minutes of me walking in. She made sure i was okay with the length and shape of my nails before she decided to do anything else. I showed her inspo pics of what I wanted and she even gave me great recommendations. Someone did come in needing a service so Kristy did that and Emily actually painted my nails but they both did an amazing job. Kristy did the best I have ever seen at shaping my nails and got them to an actual coffin shape. Many people when they shape them don’t file enough and they still look square. Emily was very thorough when painting them and i’m very happy with the results.

Kristy did an amazing job with my nails for my best friends wedding! She did a milk and honey pedicure and a full set with gel on my hands. She suggested chrome for the idea I had for my hands to make them sparkle more. I will definitely be back!

Tried Palace Nails after repeated bad experiences at various other places. They are always quick to get you in when you have an appointment. Very professional and knowledgeable and my nails look just like what I asked for. Both Michael and Kristie are wonderful as well as all the others

Had a very sudden and spontaneous urge to take my daughter in for a mani pedi. They got us right in on a Sunday with no problem. Spa Pedi and 2 full sets. Kristy did an absolutely phenomenal job! She wears a lot of hats, handles a lot, makes it seem easy, and doesn't let it effect her professionalism and amazing customer service. I was extremely pleased with the experience and will be back again.

Early morning is the best time to go because evenings they get busy. They are always nice, clean, and fast. Mia did my favorite set today so i thought i would share how beautiful! This is dip without a manicure. Super great job!

Got mine and my mom’s nails done for my birthday, $120 for two full acrylic sets which was a great deal! The tech took her time ensuring the shape and length was perfect and was friendly. You can tell they have many regulars. I will be coming back!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Very patient with idea changes, I've been here twice now and will be returning! My first set was halloween blood nails and now these purple ones! I'm very satisfied!
