This review is a week overdue. Booked online, first visit. Fidel got us started on the minute. He was not only incredibly detail oriented with trimming my beard and cleaning up the hairline, but also very attuned to what I was looking for. He gave me a hair style, and not just a haircut. For 48 hours, I WAS my idealized self with that perfect cut. Fidel knew I needed confidence that day, and he styled it out for me. 100% will visit again. Thank you, Fidel!

They’re true professionals who always provide an outstanding haircut, and the atmosphere at the shop is second to none. Walked in at around 430 on Tuesday and set an appointment to come in the next day at 11. Turns out the person booking entered wrong date so when I showed up on time the next day they had to reschedule for an hour later and a different barber, fine i still needed a cut before the holidays. I decided to go to Harps to take care of my other errand so my day could stay on schedule. Again, showing up early for my re-appointment I waited and waited and finally left an hour and a half after original booking. This might be a great place, but I ran out of time to find out.

After owners response i will add a little more to what happened. When I arrived for original appointment the person that had scheduled blamed me for coming in wrong day. Wasnt until I showed text that said appointment was made day before at 630 that he stopped blaming me. As I was waiting for my appointment the person scheduled to cut my hair originally got his own cut. At no time did i complain when i was sitting there. I had groceries in the car and didnt expect this was going to run hours past original start time. I went to the store 3 times and waited over an hour and half and still didnt get a haircut. I wasnt malicious with original comment, so management response was as unprofessional as there service.

Booked online with Abraham at 2:30. Walked out at 2:50 because he was just starting to shave someone’s beard. He didn’t tell me once that he was sorry it was taking longer. The other guy in there was nice as can be. Asked if i wanted a drink while i wait. Sadly when i asked for a refund i figured they would offer to cut my hair since no other customers were in there. Only recommend this place if you want to wait 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment.

Walk-in to donate my hair to wigs for kids and came out with one of the best haircuts I think I've ever got the fade was fantastic the attention to detail was perfect beard trim immaculate. kels did an amazing job I highly recommended 10 out of 10 will be back
