Thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Overlook Hot Springs I am from Pagosa myself. But even after living here as long as I have it is super glorious to be able to have a hot tub and Overlook are gorgeous scenery. Mason at the front end was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this as a spot to check out and enjoy the scenery.

Lovely stop after being on the road camping for a few days. Michelle was super friendly & kind. We arrived right when they opened & had the entire place to ourselves. Started with the rooftop tubs & ended in the cold plunge & indoor pools. Showers & changing area exactly what we needed before getting on the road again. Appreciated the hair dryer! Great rate ($24/person ‘off season’).

MASSAGE was excellent. We are visiting from out of town. From the time we called until we left, the customer service was excellent. Morgan booked our appointment. He suggested we come and soke for an hour prior to the massage. Michelle greeted us. She provided a tour and gave us a towel and robe. We headed upstairs and were not disappointed. Incredible view. Our massages from Pam and Julie were the best we ever had. Then they gave us a free drink of choice. Very relaxing. Showers were nice. They provide shampoo and conditioner. They do not provide footwear. They do not have a bathing suit spinner but do provide plastic bags to place wet items in. We went early and they were not busy. The people that came off the mountain to soak come in after 4.

This is more of a private spot, a big house with multiple hot tubs around. The water is great and you can find warmer and cooler pools. The view from the rooftop it's really nice, you can see the river and the town. Bathrooms are clean and they have shampoo and conditioner.

We visited every hot spring pool in Pagosa Springs, and while The Springs Resort is incredible, the service and layout at the Overlook were truly unmatched. We enjoyed a couples massage, and as soon as we got up, we couldn’t stop raving to each other about how skilled the therapists were. Unlike many other places where we’ve followed a standard routine, here the therapists focused on our specific needs, working out every knot and tension. Overall, the Overlook in Pagosa Springs is a truly magical destination that you won’t want to miss.

I had the best birthday soak! Everyone was kind, accommodating, and welcoming. The pools were perfect temperatures and super clean. What really “sold” us was the people. It felt like a reunion with old friends, despite us never having been there before. 10/10 would and will recommend over and over and over.

We purchased the couples massage and private hot spring pool. Nikki was my massage therapist. She’s a magician. I told her where my problem areas are, and she took care of it. I don’t think I’ve ever been that relaxed in my life. I’m shocked I didn’t fall asleep and drool on the floor through that face pillow.

My husband (poor guy) got another lady who was a little strange. She asked his name and he said, “Kristopher.” Her response was, “Johnathan?” I mean, close ‍♀️. He said the massage wasn’t bad, but he certainly didn’t rave like I am.

Went through a door into our private room where they filled our pool, set out our beverages, and left us with some towels and robes. We had the room for an hour but I could take no more than 20 minutes in the pool. I just got too hot. Those 20 minutes were blissful though.

The decor could’ve been a little better in the room. A slight update wouldn’t hurt, but who cares. It was clean and everyone was friendly and accommodating.

If you’re going just for a soak in the hot springs, they have pools inside and up on the rooftop. The inside pools looked very calming. I recommend.
