I’ve been coming here for 6 months and won’t go anywhere else now. Trang does an amazing job and always takes her time to get it right. Everyone in the salon is great to be around. Highly recommend.

Today was my first time being here. Not only did I not have to wait long, but the nail tech was very informative and professional. Not to mention, I’ve never had someone do my dip set so well!!!! My nails came out exactly how I wanted them. Definitely worth the visit.

Avoid This Nail Salon: Terrible Service, Rude Staff and Bad quality gel polish.

I strongly advise against visiting this nail salon unless you’re ready to endure terrible customer service, mismatched nail colors, and poor-quality gel polish—all while being tricked by their payment system into leaving a larger tip. I stumbled upon this Asian nail salon by chance while driving on Thomas Road, and it turned out to be a big mistake.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with a rude attitude from a small Asian man wearing a bucket hat. The nail technician who did my nails was competent but far from friendly. The staff spent more time loudly conversing in their native language than paying attention to customers. Whenever I asked a question, I was met with an annoyed and dismissive tone from the nail technician.

Unfortunately I decided to give them a second chance, but my experience only got worse. During my next visit, I selected a nail color, only to end up with something completely different. When I mentioned this, they defensively claimed that none of the colors in their nail book match the actual polish—an absurd excuse. I reluctantly accepted the situation, not wanting to make a scene, as the small Asian man deliberately raised his voice to draw attention.

The very next day, bubbles began to form on my nails, something I’ve never experienced before with gel nail polish. When I called to have it fixed, I was met with more rudeness. They didn’t apologize—instead, they blamed me and aggressively defended the quality of their products. The same little Asian man with the bucket hat rudely told me that if I didn’t like their quality, I didn’t have to come back. I assured him that I had no intention of ever coming back.

To summarize, this nail salon offers zero customer service, uses a deceptive nail color book, bad gel polish, and inflates the tips. This is by far the rudest Asian-owned business I have ever encountered. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.

Update: Two days after having fixed the bubbles on my nails, new ones started to appear. Clearly, this is an ongoing issue, but I definitely won't be returning to get it fixed, especially considering the hostile environment.

Darren is amazing! He took what I asked for and made it even better than what I wanted. Improved the shape as well. Also had a great pedicure. Lovely salon and great customer service.

Highly disappointed. Today was my second and last time at this salon. My first time I had a complex pop art design done amazingly and so I went back with a simple ombré to get done next.

To start, once I showed the guy at the front my picture he asked if I’m getting acrylics, I said no I wanted my natural nails done. He then claimed I couldn’t get the ombré I wanted on my natural nails, I needed dip powder nails (which I’ve never gotten before). The first picture below was my reference photo.

Everything was going well at first until the end. My nail tech gave me pinkish super light nails that went into a white ombré. I wanted a deeper nude like in the reference photo. Apparently to fix her mistake she would’ve needed to add more powder layers or something, so she called the front desk guy over who’s also a nail tech. He darkened my nails a bit to look like in the second photo I attach, and I appreciate that it looked better than the natural all white super subtle ombré the female nail tech initially tried to give me.

However, I still voiced my displeasure that it wasn’t like in my reference photo. The male nail tech said the reference photo is acrylics and it’s impossible to get that with my powder nails, I would’ve needed acrylics. This is contrary to what I was told when they convinced me to even get powder nails. I finished my service and canceled the planned pedicure since they already messed up with my nails, and I didn’t want them near my toes at that point. I paid the $75 that apparently powder nails warrants.

Then I promptly went to CVS, paid $15 for a nude nail polish and darkened my own nails with my amateur skills. That’s the third photo below. Sadly I don’t have the skills needed to make my nails like my reference photo but I shouldn’t have been scammed to get powder nails and then have to leave with nails I wasn’t fully happy with. Much less had to self-correct what the salon refused too. I just wanted a dark nude ombré yet that seems to be out of the skill set of the salon.
