I was hopeful for a good massage when traveling for work, but all I got was an oily soft rub down.

Overall, the massage was very relaxing and very peaceful, but it lacked any pressure and actual therapeutic benefit aside from getting me relaxed for bedtime.

She did ask me if I liked soft, medium or hard massages and I told her hard and that I wanted to focus on my neck, but she just did a soft massage all over. That’s OK they can’t all be good, but this was very disappointing.

Very disappointing. She kept looking at the clock and rubbing the same spot on my shoulder. Then said that she was done and walked out. Waste of money and for that matter a lost hour of my day. Not even a little bottle of water.

I went in with a sore back and had a wonderful time, masseuse was gentle and did a great job relieving tension in my muscles. I will definitely be back!

They did horrible she literally rubbed my back, they did not even massage my other leg , three different ladies came in and out for a 30 minute massage, they rushed and wiped my body down as i could hear them talking and they did not even finish my 30 minutes it was more like 25 because i looked at the time.

I have had good success with getting very good massages from this spa. I have sore shoulders and upper back and when Lulu puts the warm oil and hot rocks, it helps me very much. It is a very relaxing experience when the world is so stressful. Highly recommend there services. Lulu and CeCe are the best !!!

Overall I would rate this a 5/10 experience. The actual massage was good but they need better communication. They had options of different types of massages and i asked which is best and they either didn’t understand me or dodged my question. I never got a choice they took me back and just did what they wanted. During the massage all i could hear were the other workers talking and arguing loudly outside the room. At the end the lady just said ok and walked out and just left me there without telling me it was time to get dressed so i just assumed it was over and got dressed to leave. After coming out of the room I pretty much had no choice but to tip she stood in front of the door and said “how will you tip cash or card?” Probably won’t return here.
