I will never engage in business with Chase again.

Potential clients beware: ensure every detail is explicitly documented in writing, as Chase operates on bait-and-switch tactics without any remorse.

My experience has taught me that Chase cannot be trusted to uphold his promises. He blatantly lied about my wife's involvement in moving chairs for our wedding, only to backtrack when confronted. His solution? Extorting an extra $50 from me to fulfill his obligation. Despite his claims of teamwork, the local manager confirmed no additional compensation was received.

Chase hides behind contracts when accountability is demanded. Take heed: protect yourself by meticulously documenting every agreement with him. Chase's word holds no value. I refuse to do business with him ever again. Period.

Typical Chase trying to blame the customer instead of acknowledging the deceptions. Do not take my word for it people. Do your research. I am attaching a screenshot to the google reviews on his other property The Courtyard Of Stuart. The most useful reviews displayed sound familiar to me.

Do not fall for this guys deception. It knows no boundaries.

Chase did me wrong. He says it’s my fault and he is 100% right. It’s my fault for trusting him.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. As I stated in the beginning of this review; I will never do business with Chase again in my life. It’s that simple.

We rented this place for our wedding somewhere between late-Spring to early-Summer of 2023. Our wedding was performed on 6-15-24. In all fairness and objectivity based on the facts and experience we are going to breakdown this review in three sections; the venue, customer service, and suggestion for improvement.

The Venue
At the moment of pre-contract (during talking and interview process to rent the place) we agreed that the beach is a public place, however, the property has a stairway that connects to a beach path. As a complementary service agreement they agreed to level up the sandy path and trim down the grass. Unfortunately, they never did, on the other hand, it seemed like they did level the sand where the chairs were by the shore for the ceremony. They also agreed to install an "Arch" at the shore which they did, but our wedding decoration was not completed properly because they were late on their settings. Their staff complained to us that they didn't have the man power to move the arch from the beach to the venue after agreeing that it would be moved inside. This place also has a gazebo in which had debris underneath it, we asked if it could be removed because it did not have best appearance for the occasion. Unfortunately, we never got straight answers until the day of our wedding, so it was never cleaned up. The venue was nicely remodeled with a nice paint job inside.

Customer Service
During the long year planning on a few occasions we were told something as part of a complementary service agreement, but then the story was changed to something else. The property management was quick on responding to our phone calls, text messages or emails.

Suggestions for Improvement
This place sure has the potential to serve with better amenities for the cost of rent. An ice machine would have been an excellent amenity added on.

Had a great time at my wedding reception here with great views! We had a good experience working with Demarco leading up to the event and S&L Catering was a huge hit! The only complaints I have are 1) with the Day of Coordinator - she never showed up on wedding day with no communication. And 2) when we were told we could use the downstairs for 15 minutes for private vows, a resident in the bathroom yelled at me (the bride) for being there and said we were not allowed there and was extremely disrespectful. Not exactly the interaction you want before you do private vows with your husband. Beware of nearby people because Chase said he couldn't do anything about them. Everything else was great and it was favorably priced with amazing views! The renovations ended up looking stunning too!

Just had our son’s wedding reception there and we were very pleased with our experience with Demarco. They were very helpful and within the year of our planning they had made several upgrades. I highly recommend the preferred caterer, S&L Catering because her food was AMAZING! We had only one hiccup with the day of event planner (would not recommend), but Chase and his team were quick to solve our situation to our satisfaction. The venue was great with a great ocean view and beach access. Worth checking out!

Be careful with management at Oceanfront at Windmill at Juno Beach. I was one of the groomsmen at my brother's wedding.

On a day that was supposed to be filled with love, good times, and good memories, management found a way to take advantage of the bride and groom. What should have been a fast and easy call about moving chairs turned into a shakedown for more money.

If you're thinking about working with them, make sure every single detail is written down. They are not to be trusted and will switch things up without feeling any remorse.

This request was not out of the norm, as when we walked into the reception hall, all the chairs were already placed in a row. If he was not expected to move the chairs, why were they not at the tables?

After a 20-minute shakedown, he refused to move chairs unless we paid $50. We reluctantly paid. Later, I asked the manager if he received the extra money, and he said no. Chase tries to justify his actions by talking about his team, but it's just a facade. Don't fall for it. If you're considering working with Chase, protect yourself by getting everything in writing. He won't keep his word, and I won't be dealing with him again. Period.

We had our wedding here and it was just absolutely perfect! They are competitively priced and provide an ideal location for those wanting a wedding/event on the beach. We ended up using the lanai for our ceremony, and they were easily able to seat 60ish chairs. My jaw literally dropped when I walked down the aisle because of how beautiful it was!

Areas for improvement:
There are parts of the building (like the bathrooms) that could use an update. Also, keep in mind that if you don’t want to do the breakdown yourself, you will need to hire someone to pack up all the wedding/event decor if not rented and get it out of the venue same night as they don’t allow things to stay overnight, which was a little pain logistically. It also would’ve been helpful to have access to carts/dollies to transport everything.

Despite areas of improvement, the venue definitely deserves 5 stars! The staff truly did an incredible job of setting up the venue and transitioning from the ceremony to the reception. Chase and Demarco were very communicative and answered all of our questions and made planning an out-of-state wedding easy and stress-free. We are so happy we had our wedding here!

If you are looking for a simple yet beautiful beach wedding/event venue, this is the place!!

This venue is nice with amazing views and price is not bad compared to other venues but I had a horrible experience with the “planner” that was included in my package and he was very cold and and short and refused to talk to me by phone strictly by email, at the end his emails were very rude, I called the Manager to cancel due to him ruining my experience and mood of planning and since I was canceling (10 months out from the date way more than enough time) I lost my entire deposit and a percentage of the money payed toward the balance, unprofessional and messy. Don’t not recommend!
