I went to Nina Nails for years and they were always the best around. When I moved out of town I tried to find a salon as good as Nina's and over time my nails were just destroyed! No one did the job with such care and attention as Nina and her team. After a year of searching closer to my new home for a nail salon I gave up and returned to Nina's. Not only did they do the BEST job, like the good old days, but they greeted me with a smile and a hug after not seeing me for so long. Who can beat that! Now I will be driving back home for my occasional Mani Pedis because they are totally worth it!

I am so angry about my experience yesterday. I have been here about 4 times because it was well ventilated, but every time the young guy who manages the place has been insolent or rude to me. Yesterday he argued with me that he should charge me more to dry for 3 minutes under the UV light even though I always bring my own base coat, polish and gel top coat. But what really made me angry was that my friend has a tremor. She smudged her polish putting her hand under the dryer. The manicurist got so angry, grabbed my friend's hands hard and repolished them even though she said she didn't want it. I will never go back. It was a miserable and insulting experience. I was embarrassed I took my friend there.

In the pictures, I'm the one with blue nails. I came in with the middle nail gone and pinkies grown out to left field ? very crooked. Nina Spa corrected beautifully!! Had tried CT Collective but a) came out nice but not squared or corrected. b) nasty pricey cancelation policies. No Room for life. Plus as they are all owners had expected tip on top of bout $25 more than other places. Owners don't get tipped!! They generally get holiday gifts.
I highly recommend Nina nails spa as they also do their best for last minute accommodations. Love their work!!!

Nina Nail is a very lovely, professional, and well-kept nail salon, with discount strip mall prices. It's amazing! Every pedicure has been amazing...They go the extra mile with treatments like real aloe (from the plant itself), vitamin E oil, hot stones, and extensive leg and foot massage. The pedicure paint-job always lasts a month for me in the summer, which is pretty incredible.

Last but not least: The backrubs while you are at the drying table just keep coming! They are amazing. Any workers who don't have a client to work on come over and rub your shoulders. It's wonderful.

Also, they reward repeat customers with 20% coupons, little extras for your birthday, and a "buy 10, get one free" reward card. I can't use enough superlatives for this wonderful nail spa.

I was extremely disappointed, I felt like I was being rushed through my gel mainicure. I asked a few times if one of the nails could be fixed because it didn’t look right and I was ignored. The machine used to dry the gel wasn’t working correctly. what was supposed to be a relaxing treat ended up being a stressful time. Would not recommend this place unless you are just looking for a fast manicure and don’t care about it being an enjoyable experience or any of the extras other salons give to make it relaxing and enjoyable.

i usually don’t have any issues, but i was in here for over 2 hours getting uv gel nails, and they came out horrible. they look wavy from the side, and the edges are not sharp at all. they look lumpy. 80 dollars on a manicure i could have gotten a friend to do. again, not sure why it was so bad as i have not had any other bad experiences this major. very disappointed.

I went there and had a pedicure and chair massage.
I work 55+ hours a week and chase my two year-old around during my "free time," so when I had a rare opportunity for an hour or so to myself, I chose to go to Nina Nail Spa, and I'm so grateful I did! Not only so my feet look amazing, but I'm super relaxed and no one made me feel embrassed about my super pale, bruised legs! (I haven't had time to tan, lol.)
