DO NOT GET LASHES HERE. I used to come here faithfully about 2-3 years ago for brows and lashes but I stopped because my lashes would come off or start lifting at the corners same day or next day and there was no accommodation. So after taking a break for a couple years I finally went back and once again my lashes lifted the very next day. You will not get the service re-done or a refund so beware of that. On top of that the customer service is just not well it could be a lot better. From my experience in the past Nikki was always nice but the other employees are very short and unfriendly. Very disappointed.

Don’t recommend this place anymore was a loyal customer but the past 2times I left with cuts on my eyebrows lids from threading, then I told nicky and she didn’t even suggest to fix it she just had another lady continue to mess them up some more … on to find a new spot with better service cause the ladies there have a problem when you tell them they’re doing something wrong lol 🤦🏻‍♀️

Nikki Lash is the only place I trust when it comes to getting my brows and lashes done!! I typically experience lots of pulling when it comes to getting my eyebrows done but the owner is so quick and does such a good job! I always get so many compliments when i get my eyebrows and lashes done. Not to mention the service is Fantastic!

I love love love the ladies at Nikki’s! Been coming here for my Brazilians and eyebrows for years and they always take great care of me! They give me exactly what I ask for and use both hard and soft wax depending on the area, which makes the experience as pleasant as it can be! I always feel like I’m in great hands.

I’ve been getting my brows done at Nikki’s since she first opened 13 years ago!!! I literally don’t let any other shop touch my eyebrows!!! I do personally love Nikki herself but all of the ladies in the shop are professional and talented. So when Nikki herself isn’t available, I still let one of her colleagues do my brows!!!
