I am writing this review for my mother whom came earlier today on 10/19. My mother was super excited to try this place due to its great reviews. However she was met with all workers talking in Spanish making fun of my mother and her nails. My mother is fluent in spanish and naturally understood every word that was spoken. All workers continued to laugh at her and make fun of the designs she’s chosen. Do not go here, all they will do is speak negatively upon you to your face. Worst customer service ever and I will be telling everyone about this.

Everything about this place was wrong. I wanted powder off and a gel manicure. The process was not what I’m used to. My fingers are sore after the techniques they used. Pushed my cuticles too far back with acetone (felt burning, maybe that was to sterilize the tool…idk I’m puzzled) then filed my cuticles with a nail file. Never soaked my hands after taking the powder off. The nail color didn’t even cover my natural nail, it was nothing close to the sample I picked. I was charged to take off my dip powder and no where else I’ve gone has ever charged if I’m getting my nails redone there. Basically wasted 50.00 at this place and didn’t receive a proper manicure. I wasn’t going to bother leaving a review but I’m still bothered by this whole experience

This was my and my daughters first time here. And we are both blown away how wonderful everyone is. Such a home feeling in the salon. Nancy did my and my daughters nails and she was so wonderful, paid attention to all details. She took her time and did a amazing job. Thank you for such a a wonderful experience. Can't wait to go back. Also try the European foot spa it's so relaxing you will truly fall asleep how relaxing it is.

Wonderful experience. I got a spa pedicure and eyebrow wax. Staff was very respectful and the place is nice and clean. I enjoyed my leg massage as I was pregnant and the tech was so caring and careful not to apply too much pressure. At the end I was given a gift of lotion and a $10 gift certificate. I will definitely return.
