Alison B is truly one of the most skilled in the state! From the moment I entered she made me feel calm and relaxed. She answered all my questions and my treatment went perfectly! So excited for the results. I would highly recommend Alison B. The spa itself is downstairs, great lighting and beautiful atmosphere. The front check in service was excellent. My favorite place to be! I want to live here lol! If you are looking for a med spa that will not let you walk out looking insane, this is the place. I feel like a totally new and refreshed person. A brighter and younger version of myself. I've tried almost every treatment and I have had so much fun and the results are fantastic. Highly recommend!

From check in to check out, I love this place, its location and this staff. Lara was ready for my treatment and was ultra smooth in her injection skills. I know my results will be as satisfying as they were with Carly last year.

From the moment you walk in to the fresh, earthy and cavernous space, you are greeted with a warm and joyous reception. Edith provided one of the most luxurious and effective facials I have ever had. The room I was in felt like it was in a completely different universe; it was a comfortable and meditative space with low lights. Edith was very clear and knowledgeable about a the best approach to treat my skin and was expert in her delivery and application. Top it off with neck, shoulder and arm rub, and I was floating out of there. I love all of their skin better science products. Neurospa is in a class of its own.

I love this place. Not only do I receive these amazing services that physically make me feel more beautiful, but every individual who works there has their own special way of making me feel beautiful on the inside, too. The vibe is always warm, inviting and very relaxing and the incredible staff are so kind…it’s definitely a special treat to have the privilege of visiting NeuroSpa Willits. Absolutely amazing. I believe I had Nicole help me today (my apologies if I’m incorrect), she was awesome. Customer service from all of the staff I spoke with was on par! Definitely recommend and will be returning very soon!

Nicole is an expert aesthetician and always knows the right amount of treatment for me. She is knowledgeable and professional, but she also brings a healing and friendly presence. I leave looking and feeling great.
