They are always happy to see me! My nails always last up to two weeks, maybe longer if I allowed them to go longer. Lol
They are very clean and polite plus my nails look fabulous each time! Ask for Sandy!

Staff is not as friendly. I think they can be more welcoming and grateful to anyone who walks into their shop. I think it's business only, and they do nothing establish relationships with their customers to keep them coming back.

If you are a black woman DO NOT go here. They use to be good years ago but now they are rude as ever to black women. I walked in a few weeks ago and the first thing they said to me was “ we don’t do long nails.” Um okay? I literally have never gotten long nails because I personally and professionally can’t function with long nails. I tried over looking their rudeness considering they are near UCA and maybe they have had some bad customer experiences. I had been going to them since 2014. Not super regularly but every time I go it has gotten worse and worse over the years. Black women, do not waste your money or time plus they no longer wish to serve us anyways and they make it very known….

booked an appointment for 6 PM on Thursday, waited until 6:45 PM until I said I need to leave because I no longer had time. Went back again today at 5:15 and was not seen until 6:54pm. Lady was extremely rude and aggressive with how she wanted me to hold my hands. A manicure is meant to be relaxing not forcing. Charged me $60 for a simple acrylic nail manicure that took three hours long. Will not be going back

I called and they said there was no wait time if I came right away. When I arrived 5 minutes later, they were completely full (7-8 customers) with 2 people waiting. All in all, I was satisfied with my pedicure but the manicure was disappointing. Good selection of colors and good pricing. I would return for pedicures in the future.

I called to schedule, and they seemed nice. I was hoping to get the woman on the phone but got an older gentleman from the back who didn't seem to want to do nails at all. I don't blame him, but at least don't make him do it if he doesn't care about the quality. I really noticed how messy they were after I left. The green nail polish was in all random coats, mismatch colors from drying, and looked streaky. The nails themselves were stable but hurt a bit when bumped, which shouldn't happen. I ended up repainting them myself quite early and then once again just to wear them long enough to get my money back. Won't be returning.

I normally enjoy going to get my nails done there but this time I felt rushed and my toes and nails weren't done as good as they are normally done. I'm not sure if Sandy the owner was too busy or maybe she had other things going on. I have decided to just find another place to go to from now on.
