Great experience but I was surprised that you charged $10 extra to take off the old polish. Don't you always have to take off the old polish in order to put on the new polish? Why isn't that part of the manicure charge ? I DID ask you for the price and you didn’t mention an extra charge. The job, however was expertly done.

Tina got me ready for vacation with a Hunter green gel pedicure. As she was massaging my legs I noticed she looked for reassurance that the pressure was good and I was happy/content. She was also very kind in notifying me on how much time left the pedicure would take which I found really lovely for people on a time restriction, I did not have other appointments afterwards so it was fine. Very kind and professional attendant Tina, I’ll see her again.

Worst nail salon, I just got my nails done and didn’t get a chance to look at them at the nail salon so when I got home I didn’t like what I saw. First of all, the lady that did my pedicure was really nice and she did a good job, but the lady that did my nails did a horrible job. I also didn’t like her attitude, It felt rushed. She was on her phone the whole time. I’m posting a picture to show how most of the nails have bubbles they look really bad. Not worth the money I just paid.

Walked in shortly after opening looking for help fixing a broken nail on my wedding morning. They were surprising rude and aggressive when I explained my situation, as if they were annoyed by the walk in or I had done something wrong. I was not pushy and did not expect to be accommodated if there was no opening so it was surprising to be spoken that way. I was able to find another place to help, I just wish this place could have kindly said "no sorry" and sent me on my way rather than speaking to me so rudely, as it shook me up when I was already nervous and stressed.

The dip looks caked and spotty as I was getting them done. I thought once they were filed and polished it would go away. Not sure what happened but as they were being dipped but it was not an even color. If you zoom in you can see the color is not blotchy. I love the shape however the product does not seem like quality. I didn’t have time to go back and fix them.

Excellent service. Jack is great.
Been going to him for years. Even though I moved far from ocean but still worth a drive to go to him and get my nails done. Not a second thought to go anywhere else either.

worst nails i’ve had. i was getting an acrylic fill, asked for the same shape that i had and practically left with bubble nails. when i asked if she could make the nails more straight on the top, she seemed annoyed. not to mention my pinky nail is completely crooked and it wasn’t like that when i walked in.
