me and my 2 cousins went in for a full set of acrylic nails. nails are super uneven and the guy didn't even try on the design i asked for, they don't know how to communicate. didn't ask what shape we wanted or how long we wanted our nails. do not come here for acrylics. i can't say for all services but they didn't listen to what we wanted with our nails. the girl kept messing up one of my cousins nails and had her re do them but she is still not happy with them. will NOT be coming back, we came here for a girls day to relax NOT worry about if they were going to mess up but that was not the case. spend your hard earned money somewhere better and somewhere that actually cares. thanks.

NY NAILS is under new management and it is absolutely AMAZING! I went today after not coming here for years; TT did my design and it was above and beyond-HE IS THE BEST! Everyone here is talented and kind and if you’re looking for current, up-to-date style, creativity and excellence, TT is it!! My nails are a WHOLE VIBE and I’m so happy:)

I came in this morning 6/12/21 to get my typical pedicure this morning & I noticed that every time I come in my pedicure NEVER last. The petite lady who wears a pony tail started
On my feet and I particularly asked her to scrub the bottom of my feet and she responded “she couldn’t.” Once i asked again she did and the dead skin came off immediately. However she didn’t feel like she had to do it. I also was getting the deluxe spa pedicure and it didn’t matter. The supervisor apologized and everyone else was booked up. The girl was extremely unprofessional and TACKY. I’m sure it had a lot to do with me being the ONLY black woman in the salon. RECOMMEND YOU TO NOT GO IN BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM.

I absolutely love coming to NY Nails! From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome and truly heard when it comes to your needs. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, and this salon goes above and beyond. The entire place is spotless, including the restrooms, which are always fresh and odor-free. I’ve also noticed that the workers keep their stations immaculate and sanitize thoroughly after every client.

On top of that, my nails are always on point, exactly what I want every time! The staff is incredibly polite and accommodating, always ensuring a pleasant experience. Every visit has been nothing short of amazing, and I always leave feeling satisfied and cared for. Highly recommend NY Nails!

Nail tech Christine - She never asked me if I want to gels or acrylics. Hidden fees $10 cost for cutting the Cuticles. You can charge extra if you wanted long nails. The nails are shaped horribly and when I said something she still continued.
I asked a friend about the place and they said that Christine always gives what does what she wants never with the client wants
