I wanted to love it because it’s close to my house but it was a huge disappointment. Right when you walk in you see that this is not a normal “spa” it’s a very small front desk and sitting area, like a doctor’s office very cold, nothing too calming and relaxing for your upcoming service. The staff you could hear all the way down the hall laughing and chatting with one another.
I was set up for a one hour massage that I desperately needed, I was looking forward to an hour of silence and relaxation. I had the complete opposite. The rooms walls are completely paper thin. The staff is extremely not courteous and mindful of the fact that they work in a spa where you should not yell down the hallway, and shout, and talk loudly outside service room's. At first I thought it had to be the building next door it was that bad. I really thought no way could these employees be so rude and clueless to the fact that people are paying good money to relax and not listen to you and your coworkers shoot the shit.
I guess the only thing that kept me on the table was that this was my only massage I’d had in a very long time because my husband had been deployed for almost a year and he just had got back. I felt bad for my therapist because I said something to her because I just couldn’t relax and I wasn’t able to enjoy my massage. She told me the owners were looking into sound proofing but that they hadn’t yet because it’s expensive. I say you can’t afford not to. I won’t be back. I was hoping I’d love it so I could use it and the childcare but how could I have a massage with my screaming playing toddler just down the hall? So if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing and spa like space to unwind wear a robe drink some tea etc this isn’t it. It’s the furthest thing from a spa I’ve ever been to.

As my first real massage, Jules was extremely patient and explained everything before she worked a particular area. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. and I walked away feeling 100 x better than when I arrived.

I had a great relaxing experience here with Kelsi. They def know what they're doing and aren't afraid to use pressure.
Moved to this area and was looking for a good local massage; it was easy and quick to set up an appointment. Will def be back : )

I want to be very clear up front that the massage was absolutely incredible!! My 3 star review has to do with everything else.

When I walked in I was greeted by the lady at the front desk, who had a mouth full of food, and continued to talk to me about my appointment with a mouth full of food. Not a great start. She then handed me an iPad to fill out paperwork and the iPad screen was completely filthy. It was like she handed me an iPad that was just used heavily by a 5 year old with dirty hands. My last complaint is that the place did not feel very spa like at all. This would have to be a one star in comparison to other massage places I've been to.

I'll likely be back because the massage was so great and its close to home, but be wary if you're expecting an amazing experience all around.
