If you are looking for a place to have a bachelorette spa day THIS IS IT! An absolute dream come true experience, the owners are genuinely some of the kindest most thoughtful souls you will ever meet. I told them I was having a Christmas-themed wedding and they came up with so many fun ideas to make the bachelorette festive. We had the MISStletoe to Mrs. garland, they provided mimosas and Christmas themed Poinsettia cocktails, they gave me a precious little ornament with my new last name (see attached), and every guest got a little gift bag with Christmas-y treasures/products. They also coordinated catering in brunch (which was delicious), and had a perfect schedule that allowed all of us time to relax and visit in between services. All of us agreed the services (we did massage/mani/pedi/facials) were 5 star resort type services for a very affordable price. We feel very lucky to have gotten in here when we did, I'm certain within a few weeks they'll be booked solid!

My husband sent me here as an early birthday present and I spent over half the day with D’Anna and her sweet ladies and to say I had a wonderful time is an understatement. He got the holiday package for me and I loved every bit of it. Everyone was very attentive and answered every question I had. Even left with a few goodies from D’Anna. I will definitely be returning.

Congrats to the new owners of Mountain Escape Spa! I went to the spa last Sunday and they have transformed it into a beautiful, luxurious space with carefully curated gifts. The facial I got was calming in many ways. Highly recommend. Go try it out!

Had such a great time with my bridal party! They took such great care of us and made us feel welcomed and relaxed. Just what I needed the day before my wedding. I recommend all brides in Chattanooga have a bridal spa party here before their wedding!

My boyfriend and I drove to Chattanooga for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary - our first stop was at the Mountain Escape Spa for couples massages. Let me just say, the experience was a 10/10! I should also preface this by saying we were driving to Chattanooga from our home in Nashville, and this was our first time making the trip so we had no idea that Chatt is in a different time zone than Nashville is. We're well on our way thinking that we're going to arrive 30-45 minutes early, only to find out when the spa gave us a call that we were actually late to our appointment. We were completely flustered and apologetic and the spa owner was incredibly gracious about our mistake. We arrived 30 minutes into our appointment time, with 60 minutes still to spare, and they relaxed us and told us that they would still take us. The lesson here is that 1. if you are driving from Nashville, make sure you take the time change into account! and 2. the staff at Mountain Escape Spa is sweet, professional and very accommodating. Once we were all settled, both of us had phenomenal massages and left feeling incredible. They even gave us great recommendations for hikes with views since the surrounding area is so gorgeous. We'll likely make this an annual tradition (without the being late part).

Excellent. I had the best experience, everything a massage should be Peaceful relaxing and rejuvenating. Cayla had a great flow and hit all my trouble spots. I’d never had cupping before and it was amazing.
Would highly recommend the copping esp for sports injury’s

Spa was very friendly… However when I went in to get my toe’s repainted due to a Mistake. There was no one in house to fix it. My real challenge was the staff didn’t care at all. Thankfully I am a professional nail technician. I can fix this at home but now I have to go pay for the nail polish. I’m just very disappointed. I can’t add a picture to this website but I would like a complete refund. My toenails actually hurt still after two days.
