I am a member of the Monument Med Spa and look forward to going monthly for my facials with Kristie. The ambiance of their new location is so inviting and the balance room is an added bonus that you won't find in other med spas!! Be sure to book it during the holidays for you and your "besties"!! The owner, Trina, does my annual injections that help to keep me looking my best at age 74. Highly recommend you give this spa a try.

I have been visiting this spa for several years. The original space was beautiful and the newer space with expanded services is absolutely divine! I currently visit a couple times per month for facials and Reiki with Crystal, and also took advantage of a recent IPL special which included services and products. I have also spent time in the balance room's infrared sauna, AI massage chair and the beautiful salt room is where the Reiki sessions take place. There is also a cold plunge available, which I have not tried - yet! I just love Trina (owner/RN) who is very knowledgeable and compassionate, also love Crystal, and the rest of the friendly staff. They are all very professional, genuine and kind and keep me looking fresh and feeling relaxed and beautiful. The ambience is very tranquil and warm...what every spa should be! This is a high quality spa with the highest standards and I recommend visiting for a fabulous experience!

I relocated to Colorado Springs from out of state and needed to find a new nurse injector. As you can imagine that was so scary, especially when you were with someone you trusted for years. I had one bad experience elsewhere in the Springs and was finally referred from a friend to see Trina at Monumental MedSpa. I had to regain trust again, and wow!!! Trina was very attentive and listened to my story. She has made me feel so comfortable in the chair. Especially since I have a fear of needles! Lol There’s no judgment at all. She’s got an attention to detail and doesn’t over inject. I HIGHLY recommend her. Thank you, Trina!!!

Went in for a Diamond Glow but after my consult we decided an IPL would be best.
Spent a lot of time in the Salt room would stay in there forever if I could. The AI massage chair is different and fun.
