I've been going to Tina for years and drive 30min. Tina and Brie are an amazing duo. They are so accommodating and true color artists. I would suggest to make your follow-up appt before you leave. Her schedule fills up quick which confirms her talent

I have been going with Michele, the hair stylist for some years now. I come in from Southwest suburbs because she is always quick, very efficient and I always leave feeling more beautiful than when I came in. She does layers for my hair. Michele is trying to convince me to do gray highlights for my graying hair, lol, she is almost there. The price, cannot be beat for the professionalism shown. I refuse to try anyone else. ​

Me and my boyfriend have been coming here for at least 6 months, maybe more. I'm female and keep my hair pretty short so it requires a lot of maintainance and my boyfriend and I have alternative kinda haircuts and can ask for a lot of creativity. Shannon has always delivered and can keep up with my pickiness. She's super fun to talk to, too! Everyone here treats you like family and the atmosphere is cozy while being trendy. The price is just right, a high end cut without a super high end price. Totally worth going!

I have attempted to call the salon multiple times to discuss the matter of your stylist not providing the service that I requested. It appears that my calls are being screened as a means to avoid me. I have had other people call before and after me (calls being answered then)to prove my theory. I have been documenting everything for time stamps. I wanted to handle this issue amicably as soon as possible without escalating to social media or putting in a complaint to the BBB and IDFPR. How this situation is being handled as well as communication directly impacts the integrity of the salon and owner Tina.
It is now Wednesday and I have yet to receive a call back, after the receptionist told me on Saturday she was going to text Tina to have her call me. I sent an email to Tina via social media and personal email on Monday showing her pictures of what my hair looked like. I have a professional job, where I interact with people all day, for Tina or any stylist to think that I was going to wait until Wednesday evening to get it corrected is just insensitive. I went to a salon that is over an hour from my house who corrected my hair and told me my hair was damaged. Tina refuses to give me a refund but can schedule treatment for my hair IF it is damaged? How can I schedule if my calls are being screened? How could I trust this salon to touch my hair again? Tina completely disregarded that I told her, her stylist told me to part my hair “the other way” so the copper doesn’t show as much. In 24 hours I spent a little over $500. I am entitled to reimbursement after all of this!
My hair was dark is when I arrived.... Left with blonde/orange/copper hair! I wanted settle balayage with tones of ash

I don’t know what “IT” is, but this place has it. Kind people greet you, and they obviously have loyal customers because of everyone greeting customers by first name basis. Michelle is my wife’s go to, and it’s always a great experience. Coffees great too.
