I am not the kind of person who puts bad reviews. However, I have to express my feeling. I made an appointment at 4:45 for gel manicure however, I waited an hour. The lady took me in at 6. I was desperate to get my nails done for the event that’s why I chose to stay. I didn’t complain. My service was terrible. There was no removal of cuticles, the fact that it only took 20 min to do my nails is insane. I was out of the store by 6:23. I had gel beforehand, they didn’t remove it properly. I didn’t complain. When I saw black dust and told her, she didn’t care. I didn’t complain. I was just accepting my fate. I did it and I left. I recognize her work still and gave her 25$ tip for 50$ nails. I left unhappily but I didn’t throw any tantrums. However, it’s just been a day and my nail is already coming off is unacceptable. I paid that much for what? I will never come back to this place anyway which is why I didn’t complain or review but this is unacceptable. My nails are chipping in a day and the fact that I didn’t use lots of water is also insane to me. The worst nail salon you can do nails on.

went once and never going back. the online prices are insanely off. went and payed double what i thought i was going to. she rushed my entire set, leaving spots on every nail unpainted. painted over the dust. the lamp wasn’t curing my nails and she kept telling me i wasn’t putting them in far enough when her lamp was broken. my nails were all clumpy. they cut me so many times never had getting my nails done hurt this much ever. my nail popped off after 1 week when i was literally just sitting there and i went back in and they said it was my fault it broke. whatever chemicals they used caused my fingers to burn under the light so much i was on the verge of tears. the whole way they do nails is just unsanitary and i watched a worker clean utensils by rinsing them in water and that’s it. went here to feel pampered and left feeling scammed and in pain. also my nails were a medium length and they charged me for a large and the lady who did my nails was literally teasing me about the length. embarrassing to call themselves a business.
update: i went in to get a nail fixed because it fell off immediately. when i was getting it fixed i felt a pain like never before and was on the verge of tears. the lady told me it was because it had just broken off but i knew that wasn’t why. i now have finally gotten it off and my nail is WHITE and dead. their prices are still a complete lie even though they said they’d fix it. i’m going to do research about where you can go to report a place and get it shut down. it’s unsanitary unsafe and a scam. i went there expecting to pay $40 total and payed $70 for a FILL with PLAIN BLACK. this place is absolutely disgusting. mind you i don’t ever leave bad reviews but my nail is completely dead and i cannot have nails anytime in the foreseeable future because theee lazy people’s negligence

I was disappointed with my pedicure today! The technician who took care of me was pretty distracted so the flow was not there. She was rough with the dead skin removal and caused a break in my skin on my heel. The polish was not done well either. Unfortunately, The attention to detail was not there. I wish I had a better experience!

What I had asked for vs what I received. Me and my mom have been here before didn’t have a problem till i was done with my nails she went to pay for both our nails with my card it was 115$ me and my mom each gave the lady’s a 10$ tip, I had told the lady what I wanted before hand she knew I wanted the bows and proceeded to charge me 12$ more for them after I had payed. I also had to pay with taxes so it was 13.75$. It was not worth she left the nail polish all over my cuticles, didn’t clean my hands up was very lazy about it. I even have black fuzz on all of my nails she just painted over it and didn’t take it off.

I have been a patron of Milano/Fashion Nails since 2019, but David's service today was the last I'll ever receive from them. I had a UV Gel set put on a week ago by Victoria that I absolutely loved. I broke 2 nails (my fault, not an issue with her application) and went to get them fixed. When I sat down, 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment, he took the nail clippers and proceeded to chunk off the existing UV gel off the nail beds of my two broken nails. It was painful and damaged my nail beds unnecessarily. I have never seen this method done before, everyone else uses the file/dremel. Even after being told this was painful, he continued to do it that way until it was all removed. He got strings of the UV gel all over my hands because he was globbing up huge amounts on his brush and was not paying attention to the strings trailing behind. When he went to shape the nails he asked me "what the hell" my nail shape was. I loved the set I had, I did not think there was an issue with the stiletto shape I had on the other 8 fingers that were still intact. He even called over another employee to clarify what shape I wanted, again, 8 nails were still intact. He did not brush off the gel dust from my hands before I left, which is minor compared to everything else but still pretty annoying. I now have two extra thick round nails. This is not my first awful service from David, but it will be my last. Again, loved my set from Victoria, its unfortunate that he had to get involved.
