The most amazing 4 days with a friend! My first time to Sedona and Mii Amo beat all expectations. I loved the small and intimate size of the spa resort and enjoyed getting to know other guests while gathering around the fireplace with coffee, etc. The quality of the staff is amazing and effort to know all the guests by name was impressive - one of the hummingbird servers, Jennifer, especially made our trip wonderful. Our joke was we never heard a "no" during our stay. The spa treatments were great and the setting surrounded by Boynton Canyon takes your breath away. I look forward to a return visit..... maybe every year!

We had a deep tissue massage with Renel. He has a unique perspective on how the body works due to his background. Definitely the top tier deep tissue massage I ever had. Various pressure points and muscles we hit that were never worked on before. I would say the price includes more than just a massage so it's up to you to make it worth it. I hit the gym, listened to several lectures, sound treatments, steam, sauna, and hot tub. Each of these amenities with have friendly staff to help your stay be relaxing.
Most importantly, the location. You are surrounded by the Boynton canyon and have access to the trails. So you are closer to the end of the trail and don't have to worry about parking. So take advantage of not having to walk and park way farther than needed.

The spacious casitas and the beautiful main building sit comfortably in magnificent Boynton Canyon. Don't expect to lose any weight at this spa, unless you pack ALL of your self-control -- the food is really good (especially breakfast!) and the portions are more than generous. There are many comfortable spots to soak in a pool, read a book, talk a hike into the canyon, or sit by a fire. Because most classes are 1-on-1 and there didn't appear to be any communal dining tables, it's a place to go for solitude or go with a friend.

The over priced and over rated spa that is supposedly ZEN is 80% the location . The staff at the desk are not knowledgeable about the treatments. The description of treatment is off . So double , triple check . They add a 20% tip onto $400 treatments. BUT just wait you get a 1 hour access into a TINY steam room that doesn’t work an even tinier towel to barely cover you and a robe that doesn’t fit a size 14 or over . |The treatment staff sometimes resemble someone coming off the street .. NOT super professional or knowledgeable. The food and restaurant and wait staff are fantastic.

We were accidental guests at Mii Amo. Our ADA room at Enchantment was unavailable and we were transferred to this sister spa location. Now that we know there is an ADA room at Mii Amo, we will start there next time and plan our journey in advance. But even with the short notice, EVERYTHING about Mii Amo was great from the spacious casita, the beautifully set pool, the spa services (we were already booked for one) and the locker room, the Zen relaxation room, the courtyards with the intimate red rock views, and especially the food. It is one thing to have a staff that is friendly without feeling fake and genuinely cares about the guests from the pool server to the host at the restaurant to the front desk and concierge. (Special shout out to Dev and the terrific kid from Enchantment (Greg?) who took care of us as things got moved around.) Mii Amo aces service better than or as well as anyplace we have been. But we have low expectations for resort “spa food.” Not here. Chef at Hummingbird has created a menu that is both spa friendly and substantial while still being healthy and local. It was impossible not to love. Every bite we took – from an apricot and cream cheese stuffed French toast and blueberry and lemon ricotta pancakes in the morning to carrot hummus and homemade veggie chips as snacks to their signature prickly pear juice and cocktail creations to the chicken, beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes, spicy carrots, and grilled radishes were bites and sips to savor. And you can have it set up in your room, too. Come on! We loved it so much, we only ate at Mii Amo. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing! Every aspect. I was a Mii Amo guest and everything from the location to the services provided was wonderful. I met multiple guests who were repeat guests and I plan to become one as well. If you’re looking for a luxury spa experience it doesn’t get much better than Mii amo.

This place is other-worldly. I had been going through a very rough time and was in need of a restart/refresh and that is exactly what I got at Mii Amo. Their staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. Everything we needed was promptly attended to. The therapists in the spa were incredible and the accommodations were absolutely beautiful. If you have the means and opportunity - just book it. Relaxing atmosphere, wonderful accommodations and such a healing environment. I literally feel like a new woman after my time here. I will be back as soon as I can get there.
