Rude and unfriendly ladies at the front check-in desk. You'll have to stand there a long time before they will even acknowledge you and when they do, they act like you inconvenienced them. This has happened to me on several occasions!!! Usually have to wait a couple hours to get into see the doctor. I have had my blood pressure taken inaccurately, visits coded incorrectly, the MA can never find dates for vaccinations, etc. in their files. I've been left waiting in the doctor's office for an assistant to attend to me while I can hear them out in the main area joking around with the others. I've been going here for many years and like my doctor but seriously thinking of finding another for what I've had to put up with. I have to say, the lab and xray techs are quick and do a very good job.

I had my first appointment there today after being away for 4 years. I cannot express how impressed I was with the facility. The facility is extremely clean, organized and the staff was incredibly friendly. There was absolutely no waiting and my entire visit was handled professionally. I was with both Dr.Fochesatta and Practice Clinician Kristine Asuncion who were both very thorough and caring. I would not hesitate in recommending them to go to for your health needs. Other medical facilities should be run like this one.
