Now the payee for my healthcare co-pay? Not pleased. What you think is progress is just pissing off customers. I will not download another app to stay in touch with my doctor of 25 years. Looking for another healthcare provider. Your group has succeeded in ruining the Emory Healthcare experience for me.

After my treatment, it took weeks to work out a payment plan. I was assured that as long as I paid every month everything would be fine. I did that. I've now received a letter that the account has been sent to collections. I've called 4 times and get sent to voicemail and never get a call back. The communication and customer service here are terrible.

This place is never on time I set up the first appointment for the day and sitting here 90 minutes just to find out my Dr still hasn't come to work? How does someone keep a job when you can't come in on time? And of course I had to fast for blood work. Not to mention this is the second year in a row last year I ended up seeing a nurse practitioner due to the Dr being over 2 hours late unfortunately they don't have one this year.

Got a bill from them, told them I already hit my deductible. They said they would bill my insurance and contact me if anything further was required. These idiots sent it to collections. It would be helpful if someone answered their phone over there too. Reporting this to the BBB

Metro Center for health is a billing company for doctors, for the accounts, they are in charge of, they do not send bills or accept payments, they just send you to collections.

I love this place. The people here are so amazing and caring. Best doctors office I've ever went to! All staff and front desk girls are exceptionally wonderful and super funny. I highly recommend coming to this doctor's office 🙂
