I absolutely loved this little motel! The location is great; directly off the highway. Easy access and plenty of parking. The room was so special. There was so much attention to detail. Every need was anticipated and met. I loved the availability of a kettle which allowed the option of hot water for tea or coffee, which they provided a nice selection of. Everything was extra clean, well maintained, and in good working order. There was a great work space with lots of outlets. The on-site cafe had some of the best, freshest food I have ever had and provided several options for working, socializing, or just relaxing. Laos was a real sweetheart! Definitely had to grab some merchandise to commemorate my stay. I will definitely be back!

The owners think of everything. All the details of this customized, old style motel made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The beds and bedding were crisp and cozy. The heat was easy to control and the hot water modulated just right. After a day of mountain biking or hiking Mesa Verde, nobody wants a lukewarm bath. The little cafe was nice and we enjoyed breakfast burritos and egg sandwiches.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this motel. It has been updated in such a fun way. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. They have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We had delicious breakfast sandwiches at their very cute coffee bar. It is so nice to see an older motel refurbished with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

This is the best 2-star motel you will ever stay in. Absolutely charming, rustic atmosphere, squeaky clean, and quiet. Very friendly and courteous staff. Adjacent coffee bar has an excellent breakfast burrito and homemade pastries, plus a full bar. Only 7 miles = 6 minutes from Mesa Verde park entrance. Its got everything I need for a pleasant 8 night stay. Highly recommended!!!

Staying here was a lovely end to a long tentative camping vacation. The bed was comfy. The room was clean. The local food recommendations were great. I loved the special touches that made staying here a unique experience. I am also completely obsessed with the branding. Exceptional work and so cohesive. We got coffee and a bacon breakfast burrito at the coffee bar before leaving and everything tasted amazing. Such a fun stay!

An absolute gem. The coolest motel you will ever stay in. Super clean, comfy beds, aesthetic, and attention to tiny details on point! Wish I could decorate my house like this. The coffee shop and bar is also outstanding. Only good things to say about this wonderful little place.

LOVED staying here!! We stayed in room 13 which is the ‘extraterrestrial’ room or space room either way we loved it! the bed was so comfortable, the room was one of the cleanest that we’ve stayed in, water pressure was great, they had a kettle and tea/coffee available. we did add the s’mores package but it rained both nights unfortunately so we’re looking forward to using it at home! the coffee shop on location was also great! added bonus was the dispensary on the back side of the lot.
