Used to always come to this salon for anything I needed, Haircuts, tanning, etc. I’ve received beautiful highlights and haircuts in the past. However my last appointment will definitely be my last time there after I had a hair stylist tell me how my hair would look after my appointments. We did a color removal appointment and she said the next appointment for a balayage my hair would look very close to the picture. my hair lifted a lot lighter than i thought and she took a picture half way to show me , then told me with going around with extra bleach my ends would be just as light as my roots/ mid parts of my hair. my hair lifted very light and i was excited. then she came over with all these color samples and asked me which one i wanted and i told her i don’t know. i told her i wanted me hair light like the picture. after my appointment my hair was red and orange which i was promised my hair wouldn’t look like. There are great hairdressers at this salon however I would really look into their work before deciding who to book with. this girl who dyed my hair gave me beautiful haircuts in the past and told me she could dye my hair like this but clearly couldn’t. i left very upset and had paid A LOT of money for this service. The attached pictures are the inspo pic, how light she got my hair BEFORE the extra bleach, and the after. I have been Blonde before so i know how the process is but don’t promise your client something if you clearly can’t make it happen.

I got my hair done with Jordan on 8/18. The stylist let me know that during my first session my hair wouldn’t lighten to look exactly like my inspiration picture however, due to stylist misunderstanding something during consultation the placement of the highlights were all wrong. I didn’t see the back of my hair till I got home and absolutely hated it. I was even told by several people that my “after picture” looks like a “before picture”. I reached out to the stylist expressing how I was not satisfied with the service but she was not able to provide a solution that worked for me. She offered to add 1 or 2 panels to bring up the balayage but I would have to pay 20$ per bowl of color or lightener while having to wait till the 26 of august for this fix when I got my hair done on the 18th. The second option was to go in on the 20th the day of my birthday to do a gloss over to cover over the work. I spent almost 300$ after tip to have to cover my hair up with box dye 2 days after getting it done. The customer service was not it when I expressed my dissatisfaction it felt as though I was being blamed.

Whether I’m getting a haircut, highlights, going darker with my hair, getting a conditioning treatment, a facial, OR a spray tan….they never fail to amaze me with how they truly care about each of their clients individual needs. Hannah is amazing and always knows exactly what I want to do with my hair while keeping it at its healthiest!

I followed my hair dresser, Raven, to this salon when she moved recently. Went for the first time today and it was the cutest salon! In a great area and has lots of sweet touches inside. Raven has been doing my hair for a few years, and she always nails it. Does exactly what I want, never takes off more than I ask, and is a total sweetheart. While I'm new to the salon itself, I know that if the woman I trust with my hair has moved there, if has to be top notch.
