This is the best place in town! Jen, Joyce, the whole crew is so kind and talented. Their attention to detail and pricing is the best around. They are very accommodating for any request. They take an interest in their clients and care about our families. I’ve seen it for myself and from the other customers. They have created a community within the customers too where we all chat during appointments.

Absolutely fantastic place! I went there for the first time and I’m highly impressed!! They are extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. It was a last-minute decision to get my nails done and a pedicure and every place I called was too busy to squeeze me in, however they accommodated me even though it was towards the end of the day. I did the acrylic tips with gel polish and I have to say of all the places I’ve ever gone to this is the best day ever been done. I will definitely be going back, this is a place I plan to give my business to.

I used to come here frequently a long time ago. I moved away for a period of time and stopped coming. After I relocated back home, I decided to try it out again. The last gel manicure I got here was pretty good -- a few flaws. Since I liked the manicurist, I decided that I might make this my new spot.

However, I just tried to go in and ask for a gel manicure 40 minutes before they closed and the woman there (same manicurist) turned me away. She told me she didn't want to stay and do my nails because she was the last one out of all her coworkers and her ride was here. I repeated to her that there were 40 minutes until close and she still refused. She asked if I would come in a different day. (No way!) Or if I could give her a ride home. (Are you kidding....)

I was completely appalled by the lack of professionalism here. Especially not taking a customer that returns back to the shop within the past two weeks AND tipped you well last time. That's not how you maintain customers.

To make matters worst, my job has been very demanding lately and I left work early just so I could get there with enough time for her to do my nails.

Overall, for that reason, I will not be a returning customer.

I had my main “go-to spot” for close to 10years. Sounds silly but I would always have my son tag along with me because at our old spot (next to Chubba’s) he LOVED the fish tank they had. Staff adored him. After that business sadly closed down, I decided to try out Mena’s since a BUNCH of friends recommended the place. Surprisingly my son still wanted to tag along to mommy’s eyebrow appointments. Mena’s staff was so friendly and sweet to my son. After 2 or 3 visits (since my eyebrows were done beautifully) I found out one of the workers lived in the same complex as me! Made me more comfortable for sure. After Mena’s moved to their newest location my son was over the moon excited to find out that there wasn’t a fish tank around but an actual little fish POND with beautiful friendly fish right outside their door! Was quite serendipitous to be honest ♥️ It’s been about 4 years now that I’ve been a customer at Mena’s. I now have a set of twins that also come along with me. For me it’s not just a great place for service but also like family. Staff always asking about my children & always happy to see them since they’ve watched them grow. Also, it’s been great building a friendship with the girl who does my brows & who is also one of my neighbors ❤️ Definitely a good friend she is

I haven't had my nails professionally done in years so my expectations were low, but the staff greeted me with a huge grin, and really set the mood for my appointment!! I was super happy with my mani-pedi - for only $30!! Will absolutely return in the future.

I recently moved to the area, went to a dental appointment on 3/17 when I saw the nail salon, and decided to get a pedicure (Spa pedicure $55). The service was ok during and after. When I got home and took off my shoe, the back of my heel felt sore. I didn't pay too much attention to it, the next day it got worse, the burning sensation turned into sharp pain, now 5 days later my heel is literally cracked and was bleeding, she didn't file too hard so I'm guessing whatever green tea product that was tied to the back of my heel really peeled off the callus and made my skin thin. I've never had this issue ever. Never again. I wish I could post a picture of it on here.
