The facility looks nice and is clean. The patient care is horrible. Very disappointed in the care I received ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. It felt more like an urgent care appointment like something to hold you over until you can see your REGULAR physician ummm hello you are the PCP you are supposed to treat me and help me get better!

Facility was clean, clinical staff was great! But the provider sucked. I have severe depression and anxiety along with ptsd. I told her what I was on previously I also had previous medical records. Yes she put me on one of the meds I asked for but wouldn’t listen to me after that she told me “if you feel like you’re going to harm yourself just call 911 or the suicide prevention line” this is not how you advocate for your patients! This is how you get a patient who is trying to get help to commit suicide. She did not care at all!

My primary physician retired and I was traveling 28miles to that MedLink office. As I wanted to stay within the MedLink System, I chose a facility closer; Royston.
I am very impressed with this office staff!!
When I entered the facility, I was greeted by the receptionist, and processed expediently.
From start-to-finish, I was treated with respect, dignity and with the utmost kindness and professionalism.
I felt as if I had found "my medical family". Gina Looney, FNP-C had, prior to my appt, reviewed my in-network file, and was able to knowingly address concerns and discuss past, present and upcoming medical issues, scheduled procedures and a divise a treatment plan.
Very happy and confident that I have chosen the Royston office. Definitely 5 stars..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I Had the most enlightened experience. Dr. Looney is by far the best Doctor I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. It was amazing. She even told me things about my health I was never told. I just want her and her entire office staff thank you for you patience and your kindness.

Was able to fit me in at a day notice. I did have to wait in the waiting room. It was a little longer than I expected, but it was well worth the wait. Doctor, Jeannie Looney who saw me today. I told her all my problems. I got everything scheduled and taken care of today. I will see her again was very pleased with the services

Was able to fit me in after being discharged from ER. My original primary wasn't in office(Hartwell) so they sent me to another office(Royston). They were accommodating and helpful in getting my medical situation in check. So happy that somebody listened and was very pleasant besides knowledgeable and explaining and answering my questions. Thankyou for being accommodating to my ER issue!!

Today was a very important day for me to go in and visit with Jennifer Meeks, I was experiencing some health issues and really needed a strong shoulder and a good ear to listen and guide me. Jennifer listens and really hears me. Today I wad very fortunate to meet another very special person, Jessie, who is a wound expert and I needed her services today so much. Jessie really knows her stuff! I had so much more confidence after my appointment than I did before my appointment and Jessie and Jennifer are the reason my attitude and enthusiasm returned to its normal level because they took the time to help me to Understand what was happening and helped me solve the problem, while giving me the power to take control of my healing. The entire staff at Royston Medlink are incredible in their service and commitment to all their patients. It shows every single time that I visit.
