Nice weekend getaway. Perfect time of year- late September. Definitely read the FINE PRINT. There’s a $60 fee that’s collected for cleaning fees for the one bedroom. Higher for bigger units. There was a television but never were able to watch anything. No service. Called office, were told to follow tv directions. We did. Still no service.

We spent a long weekend at the resort. Nice location nearby everything in Winterpark.

Staff was fantastic at the pool complex. Water is heated warm so it was very enjoyable. Kids had to go swimming every afternoon. Easy walk and back from our unit.

The location was great, condo 18 unit 11 was a flashback to an earlier era. Most of the furnishings were several decades old, possibly purchased from a salvation army store many years ago or even left along the road for the morning garbage collection. The unit did have really good strip heating and that was much needed during our trip. Several mornings the temps were below zero. It's ashamed there could not have been even the slightest amount of maintenance done to the unit, it takes very little effort to close off the 1" to 1-1/2" gap at the bottom of the front door. ||In the master bedroom there was one queen bed, a night table and a mens style dresser. There was also the old crt style TV with 6 channels and a vcr. In the guest bedroom were two single beds with a locked trunk in between and another crt TV on a box with 1 channel. There's also some sort of loft way up high in the room, I guess it was for sleeping?||There were two Almond colored bathrooms in various sorts of dis-repair, toilet running constantly, giant hole in the corner of the floor next to the tub etc...||In the living room there was an odd curtain that only covered about 2/3s of the sliding glass door. We never figured the reason for that but if privacy is an issue for you, factor that in. They had used a 2x4 with some dowels sticking out for a coat rack that hung over the crown gem of the place, the 40"+ LCD tv with about 40 stations. Next was the home made bookshelf with any number of almanacs and travel guides from 1992.||As wild as the decor of this place was, the most unique piece had to be the smoked glass swag chain lamp that hung in the corner with no obvious way to turn on. As soon as you walk in you'll swear your on the set of All in the Family. There's something to be said for preserving the 70's I just don't know if you want to stay in the place for a week.

If you're looking for a place that is acceptable ish at a decent price and a free running shuttle service, this is the place for you.
The lodging is acceptable, and is pretty clean as far as we could tell.

That being said, if you're looking for a place that's a bit nicer, keep reading.

The receptionist provided a lot of information that was fairly helpful except her directions to actually find the location.
The place itself was in really sad shape. Pretty much everything is in serious needs of remodeling. The furniture, the appliances, the beds, the heater, the water heater, and even the decor is depressingly run down. The closet doors are barely hanging on to the metal rails and the fireplace screen is broken too.
While the stove top surprisingly does have a direct grill, they don't supply you with tongs to actually cook the meat you want to cook.
It was our fault for booking a bit late, but this really taught me the lesson to make sure you book early so you're not stuck with a place like this.
This place is absolutely not our first pick for when we come back, discount for repeat visitors notwithstanding.

This comfortable 3 story condo in Fraser is the perfect place to stay! A 5 minutes drive to Winter Park Resort. Close to the Safeway supermarket and with Health Club access. Very cozy and roomy with all thinkable essentials you can think of. Great for a family with children or a group of friends. Also suitable for a romantic retreat! The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twins and the other with a sleeper sofa. Also a bathroom with tub/shower/toilet/sink. Towels and hairdryer and some amenities are provided. Separate climate control in each room. Great storage space for clothing and ski gear. First level has a nice open kitchen, recently remodeled with marble countertop, big refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher, glass top stove with 5 burners and microwave. Also a large coffee maker and toaster oven. All thinkable cooking utensils are present. Table and glassware for at least 8-10 people. Pots and pans too. We even found dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, sugar and salt and other spices etc for us to use.||The attached sitting area has a flat screen tv with vcr, cable etc, sofa and love seat and a real fire place. Not the gas one but the real wood burning fire place.||Also a dining table and smaller table to have a nice home cooked dinner at. Clean and thick carpeting in the entire condo. Bathrooms have tile floors though. Sliding glass door with a small balcony in front of the condo. ||The loft on the upper third level has a nice and comfortable queen bed with nice and luxurious bedding. Big closet and separate bathroom. TVs and alarm clocks in every bedroom and living room.||We spent 12 days during Christmas and New Year and had a very nice stay here. It felt like home, better than lots of condo's we rented in this area. Easy access to the condo with outside parking space. We even spotted a fox right in front of us while walking the 30 ft. from the car to the front door. Around the corner of the building there is a Health Club with hot tub, pool and fitness room for guests to use. Relaxing after a long day of skiing, tubing or a snow mobile-tour. (Also closeby).The owner Wayne takes good care of his property and his guests. We will definitely come back again. We highly recommend this excellent condominium!

Visiting from Missouri. Great location with beautiful view. Very nice and clean condo. Club house is very nice. Only open until 9:15pm and we are late nighters so would have loved to swim or workout later. Friendly staff. Highly recommend, will likely stay here again.

Stayed here for a bachelor's party weekend and we had the time of our lives! The rooms were very quaint and accommodating and the facilities were very sufficient for our stay. The hosts were the nicest and most patient individuals you could ever ask for. They answered all our questions and ensured that we were well taken care of during our stay!
