Jenna did a wonderful job on my hair. I gave her 2 pictures and told her I wanted a mix of both and it turned out great. I have some curl to my hair so a lot of hairdressers mess it up. Not Jenna. Best haircut I have had since before COVID. I’m taking my daughter there this week for curtain bangs. I’ll update on that.
Jenna is actually the first hair stylist they have had in years, so there are spots open if you are looking for a great hair stylist. Price is right, too

Very disappointing experience. Polish didn’t dry for 24 hours and smushed. Customer service subpar and rude. I returned to have them fix the polish & 4 days later they called to tell me I owed money from my original service. They had NO price sheets or published information for their rates and said they needed to have them printed. Sketchy and poor experience overall. Will not return. Do not recommended.

Pedi chairs are comfortable. Step up was annoying. They don't have walk-ins and they don't have dryers for toe nails. Person who did my nails was very nice.

$70.00 for a manicure and pedicure that starts peeling and chipping off just hours later!! Cheap trash!!

I tried to call about 10:45am on a Tuesday (they were open, I checked), and immediately I got their voicemail plus the message also said the mailbox was full!! What kind of worthwhile business operates like this? Definitely not this one which I'd never patronize because I can't even call and talk to a person let alone leave a message!!

I felt the need to review when I saw the previous review!! I am a faithful customer of Maxim Nails. Maxim is not your run of the mill nail salon. Although they do take walk-ins, they probably prefer appointments. I always make an appointment. The staff take the time to make sure your nails look perfect when you leave their salon. They are not only talented, but very personable. So, if you just want to walk in expecting immediate mani pedi, I would suggest you go to the nearest strip mall in a different part of town. After all, you get what you pay for.

I've been going since they opened in Selbyville. Friendly, comfortable and most importantly a quiet environment. Their gel manicures last me a month and I am rough on my hands. I like having my own kit stored there.

This was the worst experience I've had at a salon, the only thing that was nice was that they took us in right away even without an appointment. I got a manicure (French tips). My nails were clipped and filed to far back to the point were they were hurting. The French tip was too big and every tip was uneven. I had previously had gel nails on and they didn't bother to tell me that it costs $5 to remove gel. I DO NOT recommend.
