Took my 6yo daughter in today for her first ever wash and cut salon appointment. I asked when making the appointment about washing her hair before coming and they assured me they would wash it, so that’s what me and the kiddo expected, the full salon experience. We were disappointed when Wendy started cutting without washing her hair first, so I asked about the wash and Wendy said “Well, I can get it wet,” then proceeded to spray it with a bottle of water. She never did wash it. Kiddo was pretty bummed after we left, which was icing on the cake because we went to the salon because she was being picked on for her hair, and I wanted this salon expedience to help her feel and look amazing, yet she left feeling disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for six years last time. I was there. I got a haircut and he told the girl to cut it a little bit more and she said no it looked fine. I will not returning to this place.

Ruth Ann is the best receptionist, she always greets myself and my family when we walk in. Lauren is the best hairstyles I've ever had, she gives me a honest answer when I ask her what I should do. She is so creative with my hair and I love it!! Magnolia is amazing!!

Wow! This place is a hidden gem!
The staff is very attentive as well as talented.
I am very particular about my hair and Lauren listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered big time.
She can cut She can color She listens and gives you her opinion but bottom line is she did exactly what I wanted totally recommend magnolia hair studios and massage therapy.
