Linda is the absolute best! I’ve been going to her for my nails (dip) for over a year. Her work lasts the longest and I never have to go back to fix breaks or mistakes. She is the absolute sweetest and works hard to take very good care of all of her clients. If she’s booked up it’s worth the wait!

Asked for a design and the technician said she could do it no problem. As she started, she said my nails were too small and so she changed the design but it didn’t look good at all. I asked to change to something else a little more simple. She did happily change but still the design doesn’t look great. The acrylic wasn’t done well, I had extra acrylic hardened under my nails. The blue part of the design was also smudge into the white tip and I was charged for the first design as well as the design I left with. Then the artist asked me to pay the bill on venmo, not sure what was going on with that. Just not worth the price

I came in as a walk in and asked for a soak off twice. There was no issue they told me to come back and the nail tech started to drill off my nails I thought he was going to thin out the acrylic to begin the process of soaking my set off like we agreed at first. He then just began to rip them off. Super painful. I’m never one to try and make a scene or not pay so I sat down through it all and was charged $15. My ring finger and pinky finger got it the worst. He noticed they were bleeding and in an intent to cover it up he asked me if “ I wanted color” twice. Really bummed this was my first and last experience here.

I’ve been to lv spa and nails multiple times and this time was the most not only expensive but emotionally draining. I went in to get my grandmothers nails done and a pedicure/ full set for my toes. I get there and it almost instantly feels like they weren’t to excited with us being there sense it was a busier day for them considering holidays. but that’s besides the point as I’m getting my nails done the dude is LITERALLY taking the nail clippers and files from a “dirty tools box” so I asked them and they at first brushed it off, then proceeded to tell me and my grandma that they need to have it next to them for law etc etc I’m not arguing with that he goes on to doing the design for my nails and I show him a picture of the (Hibiscus) flower he took a picture and he proceeds to do it as he’s doing it he messes up and I catch it. by this time the other foot already had the flower and I had told him to take them off he told me it was too late then after said he didn’t know how to do it, he proceeded to drill it off leaving some of the flower showing and also etching the French tip design I had also got. When I brought it up to them it felt like they got very upset about me having a problem with it (mind you the pedicure and nails are $117 all together) and they only refunded me 5 dollars out of the 250 that I had paid because of their mistake. I know how my nails are supposed to be done having gotten my nails done for so long, the passive aggression that they gave me nearly the whole time for correcting them on how I want my nails I’m paying for, genuinely made me and my grandma never come back (mind you we’ve gone there sense like 2015) just lost a loyal customer

The building itself is nice and the massage chairs are good. It also seems like they do well with their sanitation but other than that my experience wasn’t anywhere near the price. Though I had an appointment we felt rushed to grab some random nail color swatches and sit down. Then when it came time to pick out service they handed us the menu and the man doing my pedicure kept trying to make sure I was on the more expensive page and then told me to pick a sent even though I had wanted the cheaper pedicure. I thought the scents were just included in all of them or maybe the cheaper services weren’t an option anymore. My mom was also being pressured to get more expensive services than what we really wanted. At one point her tech tried to pressure her into a $98 pedicure. Then when I was still trying to pick a color from the wheel my manicure tech brought book over and asked me to pick one. I didn’t want any of those colors so I just picked one I had been considering because they weren’t being patient at all. During my manicure my cuticle was clipped too short and was bleeding so she had to use cotton and pressure to stop it. I picked a glitter color which was nice but once I saw my nails in the sun you could see a lot of my nail in between the glitter as if there weren’t enough coats applied. All of this would have been not worth mentioning for me normally but my bill was $150 for a gel manicure and pedicure (no designs) which is insane for the level of customer service and the end product.

Super cute I love them! A bit on the more expensive side though. First time I got the shark nails and it was a great experience. The second time I went I had them take off my nails and do a new set. When taking my nails off she did not soak them in acetone she instead tore my old off which hurt and ended up cracking one of my real nails in half. She was super rough and my nails hurt so bad and over all was not a great experience. My nail tec also started cutting and filling her nails with the same ones she was using on myself as she was in the middle of doing mine.Yes my nails do look good but it was not worth the pain or money.

Linda is the best here! She’s been doing my nails a bit over 2 years, and they are always so fabulous. I’m pretty picky but she’s always accommodating me, and remembering the details. She does a great job with my simple colors and no designs, but truly does an exemplary job with her intricate hand-painted designs, and makes it happen even with limited space because of my with my shorter nail choice. She is so talented and I truly to appreciate the work she does! I’m always receiving complements from others and I have Linda to thank for that!
I would recommend her to anyone, I can say everyone I have sent her way has come back with great complements & couldn’t imagine going to anyone else !

They argued the whole time with each other about how to do my nails, six different people tried to help the man who was CLEARLY irritated at my request (which was chrome french tips) and scoffed every time he asked me a question. He tore up my cuticles as well. On this day I generally felt unwelcome. To add insult to injury, the gel has already peeled up on the sides on almost every nail and the chrome started chipping off that night. I spent $66 on these nails and they are trashed within a week. I will not be returning to this salon ever, as I cannot recall a time I had a good experience here.
