I wish I could give no star. Very rude bad attitudes and unprofessional. They got an attitude with me because they did a lousy job on my nails and I came back for them to fix it. And yes those are bubbles in the polish. Look like I got bubble gum as polish. SMDH

This is my first time writing a review and IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 I WOULD. I got there around 6 pm hoping to get both a full set and a pedicure since I recently moved to the area and this is my second time there. But I had to wait for 20 min before they started. After he glued the acrylic on my nails, I tell him I want a French tip, he goes no they don’t do French tip. (what nail salon doesn’t do a French tip ? ). I say alright I came to do French tip, he starts speaking in his tongue to his colleagues and hesitant because he saw that I was serious and then he takes my hand roughly and start using a strong acetone and rubbing it strongly to my skin (I have sensitive skin on my nails) I tell him please use another method, he yells at me his done without actually removing the glued acrylic. He completely refused to remove it, I talk to everyone and asked for help. Everyone was quiet to me but talking in their tongue. I almost called the police because this is the worst experience. They were all very unprofessional, VERY RUDE ESPECIALLY THE RICKY GUY . they do not care about the service. They are simply money hungry. The place is not sanitized and very dirty. RUN away from this cheap experience! My first experience was also really bad because they nails were ugly, I just wanted to give them a second chance NEVER again.
Run or you will get a fungal infection from the place and I am not kidding!

If I could give negative stars I would.

My wife went to get her nails done at this establishment yesterday. She's a barber. So her nails need to be done correctly!! They charge extra for color powder. When the man did her nails they were flimsy and she could bend the acrylic. She has to ask to have more acrylic placed on her nails. The man gave her a hard time. He even gave her the nail file and said do it yourself!!!
Later The same day some nails broke! The next morning more nails broke!
She goes back today before the shop opens and waits for 9:30 when they open so she can get to her job on time. The man wasn't there and they're making her wait for him to fix the nails! This is putting her behind on her work schedule because she is a barber and she that has appointments that she had to cancel because she's waiting for him to come and is now 9:58. The lady said that he'll be there in 20 minutes so she'll be there approximately almost more than 2 hours hopefully to get the job done!!!

Arrived to Luxury Nails on 11/8/2024. I came into the nail salon and told them I want a full set all black. He said $35. I sit down and he begins my nails. He began to lay the black powder on my second nail and says, “No, it will be $45. He then proceeds to put the thinnest coat on my nails and I instruct him that after getting my nails done, they are not suppose to bend. They’re supposed to be stiff/hard. He then tells me to file my own nails because he could not get the “stiletto” look correctly. Today, 11/9/2024, I have to go back because my nails are bent out of shape and one is broken. Worse nail shop in Georgia. I paid so I have to go back and let them correct it. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE.

Let me say the customer service was nice. Ricky did my nails and i got an SNS. These pictures are 4 days after I paid 80 plus 20 tip. I have never had SNS to do this within days unless you dip one coat and he did. I will never come back here I feel like I paid for a watered down cocktail

Rude, rushed, overpriced and unprofessional. I was told my toes were dry so I left and had to come back because they weren't. I was told that I did it lol. It's very important that we stick to our own kind for services because they don't like us, period!

My first time going to them 11/3/18 i didn't like it for one the prices are way to high. The lady did a good job on my feet but the other lady didn't do my nails so good I asked her to polish my nails the same color as my feet I ever brought my own nail color from home . she just put clear polish on they charged me $53 dollars. My experience there was not satisfied.
