My nails were done with great attention to detail, and the polish application was flawless and even. The technician ensured that my nails were shaped to my liking and provided a relaxing experience throughout.
The final result exceeded my expectations, and the manicure/pedicure lasted well without chipping or other issues.

I had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the salon was clean and beautifully designed. My nail technician was detail-oriented and listened carefully to what I wanted, making sure everything was perfect. The manicure and pedicure were flawless.
So loved the colors and designs. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends!

I had a frustrating experience at this salon. After spending over $110 on a fill-in, two nails broke within three days, and another broke by the end of the week. When I brought this up to the manager, he claimed it was “normal” for nails to break within five days, which is absolutely false. The manager refused to offer a refund and even threatened not to fix my nails if I left an honest review. He tried to convince me it was a “win-win” situation, but taking time off work to fix mistakes is far from a win. To make matters worse, I tipped generously (22%) and the salon received free promotion of the work on social platforms, yet they still failed to take accountability. The manager also made unfounded assumptions about my lifestyle, accusing me of doing manual labor as the cause of the breaks, which was both rude and incorrect.

The only positive experience came from nail tech Selena, who was professional, empathetic, and patient throughout the ordeal. However, due to the salon’s poor service quality and dismissive management, I will not return and do not recommend this salon.

I was excited to try a new nail salon.. but this salon was filthy I felt so uncomfortable and could wait to leave. My top coat on my dip also began to chip the same day. Will not be returning and it’s such a shame they decorated for the holidays but it remains dirty!!!

EDIT: I HATE to have to do this but I am. I've been going here for a few months but this is the first time that my normal nail tech was going to be out for an extended time so she referred me to someone else. The first time I went to the stand-in person for a full set they charged me $250!!! (Blue cheetah print nails shown in pic) My nails were shorter than my usual nails and the design was simpler. I asked why I was charged $250 and her response was "I thought that's what you said you usually pay?" I explained that I paid that amount with my nails AND my feet and that my nails are usually longer and more intricate. She then refunded me the $250 and instead charged me $180. Why would you charge me some random amount and not what the set costs I found that weird but I took a chance and went back today for a fill in on the same set and even less design (literally just French tips in shades of brown) and I was charged $140!!! (Shades of brown french tips pic) My issue comes in when you can't even explain WHY you're charging me $140. She told me she charged me for my length twice (once for the fill in and again for the polish) Oh, and they charge for "time". I'll tell you what....I'm not cheap when it comes to my nails but what you WILL do is make it make sense. It's unfortunate but I won't be returning

Stopped into this nail shop because it's closer to work and I was pleasantly surprised. The prices are about the same as any quality nail shop these days and I'll say it was worth it. I am VERY particular about my nails so I can be kinda overbearing when it's my first time with a new nail tech lol! But Taylor ( my nail tech) handled it like a pro! showed her the nails I wanted and she was confident that she could do it. She could tell I was nervous so she made sure I approved of my nails every step of the way. She made sure I like the application of the nail, the shaping, etc. She took her time and was very detailed. I will definitely be back in the near future.

This is a wonderful nail shop. I love the atmosphere and staff. Hazel did an amazing job on my nails ! She was very patient and held great conversation. Hazel is one of my favorites. She does great work !!

This was my second time coming to this nail salon and most likely my last. First time I just got a gel color change, it lasted and was a good experience. This time I got the jelly pedicure and gel polish. My nail tech was horrible! She told me she would do my gel polish first then the jelly part of the Pedi. So she did and told me to enjoy the jelly for 10 mins. She comes back with a mouth full of food asking if I can enjoy for another 5 mins, I said okay and she vanished for 33 mins to be exact (I had a text when she said that). She finally comes from the back and I'm thinking I'm almost done. Nope! She went to a different customer and started painting her toes. So as soon as I was about to ask another employee if they could get her to come finish she came running over. She rinsed the jelly off and put my shoes on me. I asked her if they don't do the lotion massage (on the menu pictured below) and she said oh no I already did your lotion. I told her no she didn't I would remember a massage with lotion, this is my first pedicure at this shop but I've had plenty at others. She tried to argue saying the lotion was put on right after the polish. I told her I wasn't going to argue with her and I could just put it on myself. She looked so confused so I just paid and left.

It was amazing!! me and my mom went to see Emily and mimi and they did so good!! i did short square pink acrylic and emily did it and mimi did my moms short regular gel manicure green chrome!
