I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Bobby at Lovely Nails & Spa! He did an absolutely amazing job on my nails, taking the time to explain every step of the process. He even taught me how to keep my nails looking natural and non-bulky by adjusting the thickness — something I’ve never had anyone explain before. His attention to detail and passion for his craft really stand out.

What made the experience even more special was how kind and patient the entire team was with my 10-year-old daughter. They listened carefully to how she wanted her nails done and made sure she was 100% happy with the final result. She walked out with the biggest smile, feeling so special thanks to how sweet and thoughtful they were throughout the entire process.

I really needed to get my nails done and did not have a choice but to come here fix since I was around the area. I know being in the Winter garden village Mall it's going to be pricey but I didn't expect it to be highway robbery. Spent an hour and 40 minutes just to get my nails dipped. I had dipped on previously but in past experience I have never been charged for a soak off for a dip or charge to " reshape" my already almond shape. The technician made my nails round more than almond shape I had to tell her more than once to try to shape it into the almond that I originally had it. To have my nails re-dipped I usually pay $40 and over here I end up paying $50 plus tip. On the screen it was just showing me $40 for the dip and $5 for the reshape on the payment screen did not show that they were charging me for the soak off. I heard another customer saying they were getting a pedicure and the nail technician said that they don't remove ingrown nails which defeated the whole purpose of that customer coming in. Honestly I would have got up in that case because I'm not going to spend that amount of money on a pedicure to not get my ingrown nails taken out.

Not great. Pedicure water was cold, slow service, poor quality, and pricey. $50 for a regular mani/pedi. My hands feel very dry and my nails are rough/uneven. I’m 99% sure a base coat was used in lieu of the top coat, making the color bubble. My nails look worse than when I came… will not return.

Took my daughter to get her nails done and she had the worst experience. The tech kept acting like she couldn’t understand my daughter and gave her white and black nails instead of nude with black French

I called and spoke with someone and they said they would fix them for her

When I arrived they said they couldn’t see her same day we needed to return the next day

The gentleman at the counter was super rude and my daughter started crying

She preferred to keep the nails rather that return to feel berated and ridiculed the whole purpose of going to the spa is to be pampered and to enjoy the experience

My daughter and I went for an afternoon mani/pedi. I spent 2.5 hours there to get a pedicure and had to leave with my nails not finished and had to go somewhere else that evening. My daughter’s nails (photo included) just broke after 4 days. They still charged $180 total for what we both got, and I now have to bring my daughter to get her nails fixed less than a week later too.

Looking for the best manicure you can find? Emily is your gal! She takes her time and truly perfects the shape and is incredibly talented at designs and cool styles! She really takes pride in her work and it shows! I have also received a pedicure at lovely nails and it was so relaxing and my feet were super soft afterwards 🙂 all nails in photos done by Emily

I have been going to see Emily at Lovely Nails for a long time and I love this salon very much! Emily is so so talented and sweet and I always leave the salon very satisfied with my new nails! There is a parking lot right out in front which is very convenient. The pricing is also very reasonable! I would highly recommend her services!
