I was very disappointed in my experience. The lady who was doing my nails I could tell rushed through them. I wanted French tip with Crome. I got a fill and they were $75 also which is crazy for a fill. I’m very disappointed with my nails. They look so sloppy and dirty hey looked like they were finished quickly. My pinky finger is also so thick and coated with so much nail polish. Chucks are also missing. There are also I think bubbles? If possible I would like a refund or something because I don’t think this was with $75.. I’m really upset because I’ve been wanting these nails for so long :(. The Crome is pretty tho and they look okay from far away

The lady who did my pedicure i was happy with but I don't know the other lady name who did my daughter manicure she really did messed up her nails are green underneath

I can't even give this place a one star. I am disgusted and honestly ashamed of how I was treated here. Lily did my fill-ins for the 3 times I was there. She was very rough and aggressive when doing my nails the first time. After coming back the second time to do a fill with Lily, I noticed a small greenish bluish spot on my right hand the middle finger. It got worse when I came in the third time and I had not just one finger, but 3 starting to discolor. Lily didn't say a word about this, just basically brushed it off. The nails lasted me a week until they started lifting on the sides. How do your nails go bad after just one week I came into the nail salon today to talk to someone about this issue because this has never occurred with the 6 years I've been doing my nails. The employee explained to me that the reason I have this is because water got in between the nail and acrylic. Yeah, I think tf not. I've been working at tropical smoothie for 4 years, getting my hands wet every second, always using a wet rag to clean and my nails have NEVER looked like this. I decided to read more about this and from several articles, it explained that when nail techs don't clean AND sanitize their drill ends, utensils, etc. this is what happens. Do not come here, I repeat do not waste your time and money here.

Scheduled a pedicure with Lily’s in preparation for my upcoming cruise. Amy was the technician. She went above and beyond what I expected. I told her I would start coming in more than once a year. 😁 They have become my go to salon.

My nails aren’t the color I originally asked for but for the sake of time I had to choose a different color to go over my toe nails with the bright red under it which I was blamed for. There was no apology no accepting responsibility. There’s also no price transparency to add things like no chip, you just have to take their word for it. After 3 years of being a customer, this is my first time considering finding somewhere else to go. The trust is broken. The color I asked for was dark gray.

Their response shows a lot about how they treat their customers. I was on my phone and looked up and noticed she was halfway through. After being there an hour and a half and having to pick up my children, I'm supposed to just start over. I was complaining because I was wronged! I'll be glad to NEVER return to a place where I'm treated badly even after being wronged.

This is my first time going to the salon. It was very clean and bright. Everyone was very friendly. I went early in the morning they were not too busy. I felt very relaxed, and I got exactly what I wanted done with my nails. I am very pleased and will be returning.
