I got my nails done here a week ago. When I originally got the done, I asked for almond shape and the tech made my nails way too thick and too wide, it did not look like an almond shape. I went back the next day to get them fixed by someone and she did much better, she achieved the shape I wanted. It’s only been a week now and my nails are not only chipped but they’re also lifting. One nail has broken off and another one is almost broken off. I’ve never had my nails look like this after only a week. I spent almost $110 for a fill and pedicure and I have not gotten my money’s worth.

Terrible Experience - Horrible Customer Service!
I would give zero stars if I could. I arrived at this nail salon excited for a pampering session, but instead, I was met with an incredibly frustrating experience. First of all, the wait was absurd – I waited with no acknowledgment from the staff. There was no communication about how long the wait would be, and it felt like they didn’t care at all.
What made this experience even worse is that it seemed like they wanted me to beg them to service me. This is the second time this has happened, and it’s completely unfair. I should not have to prove I’m worthy of basic customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in serving me, and after being ignored for so long, I just walked out. I shouldn’t have had to deal with such a lack of professionalism. It was clear they had no desire to take on any more clients, and I’m not going to waste my time at a business that doesn’t value their customers.
I will never return and highly recommend you avoid this place if you value your time and want to be treated with respect.

This shop has slowly went downhill ... great customer service, but horrible quality ... gave it 3 chances.. the original nail techs no longer work here..& they have been messing my nails up every time ... dry skin showing up on my heels before i left the chair .. in over it i tried coming back to give it the benefit of the doubt.. daughter short acrylic set and gel ties came out to 100$ mind u she is 10 .. you guys will not make another dollar off me.. not to mention The last person who waxed my eyebrows literally waxed my wing off, and I had to wait months for me to be able to go get my eyebrows waxed again, but of course I went to another place... I'm big on loyalty so I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are sweet people but at the end of the day I pay for a good service on my nails and good quality not customer service

I recently had an amazing experience with Alex! As a performer, my feet often need extra care, and she took her time treating them with such gentleness and attention. I never felt rushed, and it was clear she genuinely cares about her clients. I left feeling rejuvenated!! Highly recommend her services! Thank You Alex.

As a jersey native I appreciated this salon, they were patient and gentle. I didn’t feel rushed and I liked that they did my nails and feet at the same time. My nails and feet came out neat.
