I've been really happy at Lifespring. I first started here on a Groupon and then carried over into their monthly subscription club. Besides botox every 4 months I just recently had some sun spots lasered off and those results were great. The front desk staff is also very nice and welcoming. They call me by name when I enter, very friendly and helpful also when I call in for questions. Keep planning on using them for my cosmetic needs. Would highly recommend.

VIRGINIA is amazing. I have been seeing Virginia for dysport and filler and she is the ONLY nurse injector that I've ever had (and I've had quite a few) that LISTENS, ADVISES and DOESNT HURT! She knows Im a big baby with my lips being so sensitive and she is very understanding about it. She numbs them so well (like no other injector ever did before) and also ices them. Lip injections use to kill me before I met Virginia!! I could never go to anybody else!! The office is super clean and everybody is very friendly too. THANK YOU VIRGINIA!!!!

Disappointing Scheduling Experience Despite Previous Positive Visit

I was looking forward to scheduling my second microneedling session at LifeSpring after having a wonderful experience with Rose for my first treatment. Rose is professional, kind and delivered amazing results. Unfortunately, my recent phone call to schedule left me feeling disheartened. The staff member who answered was condescending, interruptive, and dismissive. From the moment I mentioned that I had purchased the service through Groupon, the tone changed significantly.

She sighed, interrupted me several times, and even went so far as to suggest that I didn’t understand the terms of my purchase—a claim I never made. I was also told, "good luck getting a refund from Groupon," which was completely unnecessary, as I hadn’t mentioned wanting one. I have spent over $13,000 at Southern Arts spa in Chattanooga, and I was never treated with such disrespect there. The only reason I left was because my favorite medical aesthetician moved to a different state.

I’m now uncertain about my upcoming appointment, as this experience has left me feeling hesitant about returning. I hope LifeSpring takes this feedback seriously and ensures all customers, regardless of how they book their services, are treated with the respect they deserve.
I hope to come back and give a positive update but I am uncertain that I will be treated better once I get there.

They think people are stupid and they try to sell them more.
This is the second time I’m buying Groupon to this place
The first time was perfect. I use just 20 units.
The second time I bought 40 units because I wanted to do another area . And the result was terrible.
The doctor refused to fix it
And she said it because I didn’t want to buy more units in the first treatment .
I will never go there again!
This is the lowest Service
And the lowest level of respect to customers and to the money of customers .
By the way, I think they found a new technique , I don’t think they inject everything you buy in the Groupon… and then they make you buy more.

I bought 40 units on Groupon and at visit bought 10 more units and it's been 2 weeks since I got botox just in eye area, very disappointed. I don't even think it worked . The 1st time I went he did a fantastic job, but I feel they don't like the fact you buy from Groupon at a discounted price. I will never go back and all the people I recommended this place to I will share my results with them . I was hoping to share a picture. Waste of 500 dollars . Extremely disappointed!! Buyer beware ...

I was a first time client and I purchased this service from Groupon. I'm not satisfied at all with the work I received. The staff was nice. I had to go back because the main reason for my visit was to get rid of the 11s (the area between my eyes it never smoothed out). I also had one raised eyebrow.

When I went the first time, I saw a nurse who upsold me when I told my concerns. When I went back 10 days later, I saw the doctor. He explained to me that I need Botox and not Dysport. Dysport has a more natural look and I needed something stronger for that area. He fixed the raised eyebrow but not the 11s, which was my main reason for visiting. This is why I had no problem paying more. Everytime I look in the mirror I get more and more disappointed.
(not sure if I was treated this way because I made the first purchase from Groupon)

I experienced my first time at their location yesterday, and I got Injections from Jan. This is such a wonderfully nice elegant place that’s been in business for a long time, and Jan was very gentle, giving me a very usually I’ve experienced other aestheticians, painful injection. I got Kybella Injections under my chin in my upper neck area. This was my third time getting injections to reduce the fat from my neck. The last person I had stuck the needle in and hit a nerve, and I had a crooked smile for over a month and numbness in my face for over a month. Plus it burned for like over 30 minutes. But this time Jan did so good that it only burned for three minutes and I have fulfilling in my face and my crooked smile is gone. that is the side effect of getting this injection but it usually goes away. Today I’m practicing self-care and I will look like I did in my 20s in a couple of weeks 🙂 this is a permanent injection that gets rid of fat permanently so I’m excited. I also got Botox on my crows feet in the left corners of my eyes and I can see a difference. This place will continue to be a loyal patron! Highly recommend going here! 🙂

My husband received filler here in his face, and from the beginning, the doctor talks condescending. Today we came in to get filler dissolved after a year because he isn’t liking what looks like puffiness, and he convinced my husband it isn’t filler (even though I’ve seen people get filler dissolved years later). Regardless, he had the same condescending tone. He speaks to him as if he’s a child- “Hold the mirror, look up, where are you looking?!” It took everything in me, to hold my tongue. Don’t come to this doctor unless you’re okay with being talked to in that manner.
