Great service and quality of work! I appreciate the professionalism and respect. I’m rough with my nails and Tammy does a wonderful job with making them look great again! The cost is also very competitive. Highly recommended.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel I have to after my experience..
I got a pedicure on a Friday and it all went well, until I got home and my toe was bothering me. I was hard to sleep that night because my toe was starting to hurt. I woke up with a small red bump in between my nail and skin. I gave it a few days thinking it would go away, but it only got worse. It was painful to even walk. I went in that Monday to talk to them in person. She had me sit in a chair and cleaned it out with hydrogen peroxide. She kept poking at it although I was clearly in pain. All the staff were surrounding me looking at my toe, but talking in a different language, so I had no idea what they were saying about the situation. She then said she was going to numb it and cut it out but I said no! I was very polite, but left with no resolution or sympathy. I kept it clean, but it was still painful to walk and sleep a full week later. I went to urgent care where I was told it's an infection and was prescribed antibiotics and told to do epsom salt soaks. It's been 10 days, I'm in pain, and it's not getting better. I will have to go to a Podiatrist.
After telling what happened to a co-worker, she said she also had a infection after visiting them before...

The woman who did my nails was very nasty. She was rude from the times she touched my hands. She was yanking my hands/fingers around. Talking to me rude. When finished she told me the total of my nails in a manner as if she was disgusted with me. After I paid she just walked of without saying thank you, have a nice day. Just NASTY! I am 30 plus yes old and this was by far my worst experience. Stay away from this place if you value experience and customer service. This experience was absolutely trash! There was another woman being serviced who was experiencing the same treatment.

I tried this location 4 times. First time a guy no issue and most likely why I returned. Second time the lady was rushing and yanking on me and tried to ignore it. Third time same lady and I mildly complained that she was hurting me. This time and the last time she is drilling and trying to cut the lifted acrylic off and I told her " you that hurts" ...I'm on edge and watching and I felt she was now trying to get me out of there even more so because she is being rough and Im telling her so. I let her finish what i desire and paid for my service up to that point. Didnt let her paint my nails. She didnt even smooth my nails before putting paint on...rushing me out. There were zero clients waiting..... No more!

I went there today without an appointment and they fit me in right away even though they were busy. I went with pink and white ombré gel nails and Scott did a beautiful job. The shape, thickness and design are all perfect!

Visit here on sunday was very upset with my experience I spent $80 just for the guy to rush me answer phone 5 different occassions hurt 1 of my nails rushed designs it has only been couple days and my nails already started to look bad not to mention at end no hot towel or lotion because I assuming they were too busy. Sad because I would go here every couple weeks for gel nails and foot spa. Next time I will be looking into other places.

I went in for a refill. I called earlier and they said it’s going to be $20 that’s why I went. I show up and they say it’s $45. The lady I had was very rough and not professional. In the pictures attached below you can see how she did my nails. I will not be returning. If I could give 0 stars I would
