First time, I got pedicure (the best massage ever) and Moon did full set was amazing. She was really attentive and enthusiastic about the Idea. They work really fast.

The owner Son did a lovely job fixing my nails. (Another salon butchered them) He was meticulous in his work, the shape, color, and overall nail thickness are all on point. He checked in with me through out the process to make sure I liked everything. I definitely recommend! I did feel it was quite expensive but there was great customer service and I can’t find a flaw with my nails.

I have come to Lavish Nails a couple of times now per my friend’s suggestion and I absolutely love them! They are now my go-to nail place! They always do a great job and are so nice and accommodating! I especially love getting a pedicure here, as they give AMAZING foot and leg massages and offer gel polish, which lasts a long time!
I also love the environment, which is super welcoming! The staff, especially the owner, are super friendly and nice! The owner has a great sense of humor and is very fun to talk to. Plus, they actually seem to care about their clients, which I think is super important and incredibly needed in this day and age.
If you’re looking for a new place to go get your nails done, I definitely recommend giving Lavish Nails a try!

I'm still new to getting nails done, especially acrylics and so I showed Cathy a reference photo and she explained everything to me about shape, what best suites my hands, etc. I found out that tapered square is my new favorite shape on my hands and she helped me pick out charms. I will be making a trip back but definitely getting a less expensive set since these were $116 ( they were going to charge $120 originally) I had to buff under neath when i got home because there was still stuff and they were wicked sharp underneath she forgot to buff but they kinda started arguing with each other about the pricing so i paid and left

I had an appointment with Son and every time I look at this $106 set of nails +tip, I hate them more. I made an appointment online and I wrote in the comments that I wanted an extremely sharp stiletto shape.

I showed him this first photo when I arrived and asked for this shape and he did this shape in the second photo instead. I specifically asked for it in writing and showed a picture so the rounding is really irritating.

I didn’t notice until he started applying the paint and before I put them under the lamp. He told me that it was my fault because he always asks his customers if everything is ok.

Well he asked me several times throughout the process of doing my nails If they looked okay. When he asked this time, I did not know he was asking me if I want this to be the final shape.

So let’s say it’s all my fault because I said they looked okay. Well, before Son started, I wrote a note that I want them to be extremely sharp stilettos. Before Son started, I showed him a photo of extremely sharp stilettos and said this is what I want.

So why do a different shape then ask me if it’s ok right before you’re about to close? Why didn’t he just do the shape I told him more then once that I wanted?

I told him a few minutes later that I really don’t like it and asked him if he could please fix the shape because I really wanted them like in the photo. He told me that they look fine for now and when I come back in 2 weeks I can change them.

I was also pressured into paying with cash instead of card. He said that I needed to pay with cash if I wanted them to keep their prices as low as possible. $106 for a solid color is not a low price, they just don’t want to pay taxes so they insist on cash.
