I haven't had time to come in for a while due to some spine surgeries, but I was lucky enough to have Natalie Rich do my full set of lash hybrids today. I mentioned to her I didn't want anything too flashy but I also wanted to brighten my eyes. After our discussion she made sure I was comfortable and promptly got to work. Every part of the experience was gentle, and I know I'm not easy to work on.( lights easily irritate my eyes and after awhile it's hard to stay still) Natalie handled it like a champ though! I walked out with exactly what I wanted. At checkout I mentioned having issues with booking online and she was more than happy to book my next appointment for me. She's very chill and easy to talk to. She made 2 hours feel like no time at all. I'll definitely be back to see my girl Natalie Rich.

I got my first set of hybrid lashes in February and have been hooked ever since. I had nice long lashes originally and was just looking to make them seem fuller because the older I get the more o dislike things about myself. I explained what I was wanting (a natural look but fill in the bare spots) and my expectations were exceeded! I ❤️ them and really feel relaxed at Lash and Company Med Spa. Caitlin is very good at her craft and I really enjoy our conversations! Prices are very fair as well and quality is high. Check them out if considering beauty needs!

Love this spa and all the staff. Courtney does my lashes and she is AMAZING! So kind and helpful. She helped me get the right shape for my eye and they always look so good. I scheduled my first spray tan with them and they had no problem answering all my questions. 10/10 recommend.

Company is so desperate they’re having their property accounts leave reviews. Because they’re that terrible. Look at how they talk about customers who leave a one star review “customers who threw a fit because they didn’t get their way” how sad, why didn’t you guys give other customers that same energy. Why only me? I wonder if it has anything to do with race, when I was nothing but polite. you guys can’t even do correct lashes which is why you have so many recent one stars. (Except recently I’m sure they’ve been begging for good reviews) FINAL UPDATE: I got my lashes done at a different salon named Wink, a company out in Fort Collins and after they told me I had some lashes that broke off after getting my lashes done here, they did an amazing job with my full set and were very polite compared to this company (after messing up my lashes they were very rude). The full set took 3 hours because they wanted to make sure it was perfect (which it was) they even have a sale this month for a Hollywood lash set for $99. GO TO WINK SALON IF YOU WANT LASHES DONE RIGHT. I GOT THEM DONE BY TAYLOR THERE A JUNIOR STYLIST(better than these people). THE PHOTO OF THE BEST LOOKING LASHES IS FROM WINK, THE MESSED UP ONES ARE FROM LASH AND COMPANY JOHNSTOWN. Wink actually deserved my $20 tip and then didn’t COMPLAIN when my PAYMENT WENT THROUGH like this company did. And if you didn’t notice in the photo, wink does very good brows. Look how clean they are in the photo?! GO TO WINK BECAUSE THIS PLACE STINKS. Unless you want your eyebrows to look like that other lady’s one star review under this company then power to you. Edit: I have screenshots of the previous review I will upload if anybody would like to see it. They previously said I was hostile and aggressive then saved and changed face when I posted the screenshots of our messages. PEOPLE PLEASE READ THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS. THIS IS NOT ONE INDIVIDUAL PERSON THIS IS A PATTERN AMONG THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY LIES AND SAYS YOU’RE RUDE AND DEMAND REFUNDS AND HOSTILE TO MAKE IT SEEM LESS ON THEM. PLEASE READ THESE MESSAGES AND UNDERSTAND THEY LIE, LIE LIE. WHERE DID I ASK FOR A REFUND OR SEEM HOSTILE? WHO APOLOGIZES AND SAYS PLEASE WHEN HOSTILE. THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD NEWS. Also then if I was hostile why would you text me to reschedule? And then called me a bunch right after(in the messages below as proof) but if you would like to upload your surveillance from that day to prove it I was so hostile, since that isn’t manipulated… DO IT. And you talked about the payment plan? Why does that matter? Did I not pay you the total plus a $20 tip? Right then and there when it was denied? How sad. I should’ve just walked out on your rude employees but I’m better than that. So people can see how much you lie. Caitlin and Courtney do terrible lashes and they have terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here. Unless you want clumped lashes from what looks like someone in training does. And then when you come in to fix it they give you attitude. Good luck! After paying over a hundred dollars and tipping 15%. Nick “the store representative” has bad communication and does not communicate well with customers or employees. Edit: manipulate photos or videos which i still have the. Video of your manager being very rude if you want me to upload that since it’s not manipulated. But enjoy this non manipulated photo of my trash lashes you guys gave me. You also said I was hostile and demanded a refund? Where in these screenshots do you see a demand for a refund? Your technician was rude and I was asked for a retouch and for a reschedule. So I’ll wait. I’ll add more 1 star review screenshots so this company doesn’t try to hide them. Britney M. has been amazing and super helpful! I was new to lash extensions when I came the first time and she made the experience super comfortable. She also was so helpful to explain the differences in lash styles and helped me to adjust my lashes when I came in for a full. Highly recommend!
