Lara has an incredible set of hands. I saw her for lymphatic drainage, and within minutes I could literally feel the lymph draining. Shortly after that I fell asleep - a truly relaxing experience. I highly recommend her services. Thank you Lara. You have a gift!

Lara is an amazing practitioner! Every time I have a session, she finds things that I wasn't even aware of. I leave relaxed, refreshed and happy that I'm doing something good for myself. Her space is cozy, clean and welcoming. Whenever someone asks if I can recommend a good massage therapist, I can't say enough good things about Lara. Lara is excellent! By far the best massage therapist in Longmont. She knows how to massage for various needs--particular health issues, relaxation, etc. I feel like she was competent, well trained, and highly experienced. I've used her several times and been happy with the massage and over all experience each time. Highly recommend!

I’m not trying to sound dramatic but my experience was truly life changing. I have had chronic inflammation for many years and was even diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I went to Lara to have a Manual Lymph Drainage massage a week ago and it changed my life. You can actually see visible changes to my body. My spin moves in ways it hasn’t for many years. I will definitely be going back!

I'm a professional musician and was suffering from a very severe tendonitis throughout my left arm and hand which prevented me from playing at all. Lara worked with me for several months until I was completely cured. She's very open, a great communicator, and together we were able to establish a plan and tune it up as we went along to get me back into top shape. I'm very grateful to Lara, I highly recommend her.
