I was able to get a same day appointment after the Prescott location cancelled my appointment. Staff member was very friendly, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. All the bad reviews had me worried, but my experience was excellent.

There was only 1 person in the entire building working the front and taking blood. She was only able to get to me 30 minutes after my appointment. This was ridiculous. There is a full waiting room with 8 people and only 1 person working here. Labcorp this is horrendous. Hire more employees! This 1 woman cannot be responsible for the front desk duties and actually drawing blood. This is unsafe and disrespectful to people who have jobs to get back too.

Labcorp Chino Valley AZ just reopened this month so vast majority of reviews are old. Eva is thrilled to be back in Chino, currently runs the entire site from front desk to blood draws, etc and she is extremely efficient!! Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and pays great attention to every detail. Eva listens, ended up using a butterfly on my difficult arm, left a tiny pink mark!! Fantastic, Thanks Tons

Very kind and efficient. I didn’t have an appointment but was taken within 45 minutes. There were about 8 people ahead of me and a bit of a line when I got there about 15 min before they opened. The phlebotomist Catherine was great. I have tricky veins and she was able to make them cooperate without any pain or discomfort.

I walked in with orders for my 5-year-old son today hesitant because of reviews but this is the lab insurance covered so we came here. The woman at the front desk was also our phlebotomist like many reviews said but we had no issues. She was super kind and helpful at the desk despite us not having an appointment and she answered all of my questions. When she drew blood, she was quick and kept the atmosphere light for my son who hates having his blood drawn after a recent hospital stay. The office was clean and those in the waiting room weren’t there by the time we were done with our draw.

I know every office can have good days and bad days— same with individuals. But I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my family here.

To the ladies at the office, thank you! I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience for my son or myself as his worried momma!

Yes they are busy when they open at 7am. I have found the staff to be kind and courteous. They do their best to move people through. Don't expect them to be chatty. They are busy. I have seen a employee come out to help a person with the sign in computer.

Made an appointment several weeks ago for this morning, and even received a reminder email yesterday morning. Drove over 30 minutes to get there, only to find that it was closed with a sign on the door stating they were closed October 16-18. A phone call, text or email notifying me of the closure would have been nice.
