It pains me to have to write this. Today was my first day at the salon, and I was excited because of all the fabulous reviews. my appointment consisted of a color and a keratin treatment. I specifically told the girl who I won’t name that I did not want a red or orange undertone for my color and and she had mentioned that during a keratin treatment, your color will lift three shades lighter therefore I picked a color that was two shades darker. Immediately after rinse my roots were an orange color- pictures for reference. She saw how upset I was and said that after my treatment she would do a glaze which I found odd because she said I couldn’t wash my hair for 3 days due to the treatment but at this point I just wanted my color to be okay. She did the treatment and had me wait 45 mins then rinsed and put the glaze. I waited another 30 mins and once rinsed it was actually worse than before. It looked like I was balding. Now I am crying in the salon. She proceeded to ask me if I could come back the next day because they didn’t have the product to fix the color, I said I couldn’t and they thankfully had someone run out and get the proper supplies. At this point I’m crying FaceTiming their manager. Finally she puts the new dye in and it was BURNING my hair to the point I could only have the product in my hair for 15 mins. Thankfully my hair came back to a some what color but still has the orange and red tints. I came home and my husband noticed hair missing from my scalp so that explains the burning. They still charged me for the treatment but not the coloring ?. They gave me 15 percent off the treatment but it was washed out so not sure why I was charged. Very upset with my hair, the managers decision on how to handle it.

Was in town for a few days and this salon was recommended to me. It did not disappoint. I had my roots coloured and a great beachy wave blow dry. Going back tomorrow for another blow dry before I head back to the UK.

Was super excited to get my hair blown out, I don’t normally treat myself. I was super disappointed, unfriendly staff and not a single product was used on my hair when being blown out. I left with the ends of my hair crusty and knotted.

Frankly was looking forward to a treat given the high score, however after leaving I discovered that there was an upcharge for "curls" that was not clear made clear and after a few hours my hair was a bit crusty and tangled all the way down, even when I asked to have limited hairspray only on the top. I had to return home and redo the blowout myself before my dinner.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting La Brosse, and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered, and the amazing results I received left me feeling like a million bucks.

First of all, the atmosphere at La Brosse is simply stunning. The decor is chic and stylish, with a modern twist that feels both elegant and inviting. You can tell the owners have thought out every detail, from the comfortable seating to the soft lighting that creates the perfect ambiance.

But what really blew me away (pun intended!) was the quality of the service. The stylists at La Brosse are true experts in their craft. And the best part? My blowout lasted for days, with no need for touch-ups!

Overall, I can't recommend La Brosse highly enough. If you're looking for a top-notch blowout in Greenwich as you prepare for your next event that will leave you feeling gorgeous and confident, this is the place to go. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful atmosphere, and incredible results.

I am VERY specific about my hair, and being a bit of a blow out junkie, I know the minute a stylist starts the first tug whether it's going to go my way. No limp wrists here! I have been twice and both Erica and AJ did an amazing job, AND it lasted more than one day. I did a treatment (Love that they do this, not normally available at blow dry bars) as it was looking frazzled. I left feeling slicker, smoother and dare I say sexier? Well I did. And they were quick. Lovely new salon, great parking. Easy, not a rip off and bought bagels from the store next door on way home. All in all a win win. I am doing this once a week, with membership it's completely worth it. I have also started to do colour here every three weeks. And my twice yearly keratin treatment. I used to live in Los Angeles and London so I have had MANY stylists over the years. I am so grateful this salon exists. It is ALWAYS spot on. Whoever does it, I leave polished and good to go. Thank you girls!

My first visit and I will absolutely be signing up for a membership. I have very curly hair and am very cautious to go to anyone but my normal stylist in NYC. I wanted to try this out as I need to save time blow drying my hair weekly. Tamika styled my hair so perfectly and is very pleasant! This salon is clean and well kept. Highly recommend, and curly girl approved!
